Help , Im Homeless in the street , it's cold

Help , it's a emergency , I'm homeless , I just got evicted , I'm in NY and the I'm sleeping in the subway trains at night. The shelters here are dangerous and they don't allow anybody inside during the day , I go to my mothers nursing home to use her computer but I only can stay for 4 hours , then I have to go back out in the street , it's really cold in the subway trains too , and the hospitals don't allow anybody in the emergency room , help me God , I need a house now , I'm not going to make it  , God please help me.
