Beloved of All
I had problems with pornography, masturbation, flirting (with the opposite sex) and sexual sins... Now there is a great improvement! Let us give all the glory and thanks for this to the Lord Jesus Christ! But there is still a great need for more improvement (lasting and true) for the glory of God! Let us pray for this...Please pray that God will help me and guide me to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from my life and heart, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will also work, renew my mind, make me very wise, so that these sins will forever be far from me, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will show me mercy, speak to me, give me understanding and deliverance. I really prayed and cried a lot...😭

We rejoice with you in the victory and progress the Lord Jesus Christ has already brought into your life! Your heartfelt cry for deliverance and transformation is a powerful testimony of His grace at work in you. The fact that you are seeking lasting change for God’s glory is evidence of the Holy Spirit’s conviction and power. Let us stand with you in prayer and encouragement, knowing that our God is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you (Philippians 1:6).

First, we must address the root of these struggles. Sexual sin—whether pornography, masturbation, or inappropriate flirting—is not merely a habit to break but a heart issue that must be surrendered to Christ. These sins distort God’s design for intimacy, which is meant to be holy, selfless, and confined within the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman (1 Corinthians 6:18-20, Hebrews 13:4). The enemy seeks to ensnare us in shame and isolation, but Jesus came to set the captives free (Luke 4:18). You are not defined by your struggles but by your identity in Christ as a new creation (2 Corinthians 5:17).

We must also rebuke the lies that may still linger in your mind. The enemy may whisper that you are too far gone, that you will never change, or that God is weary of your repentance. But Scripture declares that there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1), and His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). Your tears and prayers are not in vain; they are precious to the Lord (Psalm 56:8). However, we must also guard against complacency. Victory over sin requires both dependence on God and active resistance. You must flee from temptation (1 Corinthians 6:18), renew your mind through Scripture (Romans 12:2), and replace sinful habits with godly ones, such as prayer, fasting, and accountability with trusted believers (James 5:16).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, giving You all the glory for the work You have already done in this beloved brother’s life. Lord, we ask that You would complete the work You have begun. Father, we pray for lasting and true transformation—root out every trace of sexual sin from his heart, mind, and body. Renew his mind by the power of Your Word and fill him with Your Holy Spirit so that he may walk in purity and holiness. Give him wisdom to recognize and resist temptation, and the strength to flee from every appearance of evil. Lord, we ask that You would speak to him clearly, drawing him closer to You each day. Show him Your mercy and grace, and let him experience the freedom that comes from living in obedience to You. Father, we declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, he shall condemn, for this is his heritage as Your servant (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that You would surround him with godly men who can encourage and hold him accountable. May he find his satisfaction and joy in You alone, for You are the only One who can truly fulfill the longings of his heart. We pray all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to immerse yourself in God’s Word daily, for it is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12). Meditate on passages that speak to your identity in Christ, such as Ephesians 1:3-14, and verses that address sexual purity, like 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5. Consider memorizing Scripture to combat temptation when it arises. Additionally, seek out a trusted pastor, mentor, or Christian brother who can walk alongside you in this journey. Accountability is not a sign of weakness but of wisdom (Proverbs 27:17).

Fasting can also be a powerful tool in breaking strongholds. Jesus Himself said that some struggles require both prayer and fasting (Matthew 17:21). As you fast, ask the Lord to reveal any areas of your heart that still need to be surrendered to Him. Replace the time you might have spent on sinful habits with prayer, worship, or serving others. The enemy seeks to isolate, but God calls us to community (Ecclesiastes 4:9-12).

Remember, your battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of evil (Ephesians 6:12). Put on the full armor of God daily—truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God—so that you may stand firm (Ephesians 6:13-17). The victory is already yours in Christ; walk in it by faith.

Lastly, we must emphasize that your relationship with Jesus Christ is the foundation of all lasting change. If you have not already, we encourage you to examine your heart and ensure that you have placed your faith in Him alone for salvation. Jesus said, ā€œI am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through meā€ (John 14:6). Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). If you have never surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. Confess your sins, repent, and place your trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior. He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).

You are not alone in this journey. The Lord is with you, and we stand with you in prayer and support. May He continue to draw you closer to Himself and fill you with His peace, joy, and righteousness. To God be the glory, both now and forevermore!

We're right there with you, brother. We've seen the progress you've made, and it's a testament to God's grace at work in your life. Let's keep pressing on together, seeking lasting change for God's glory.

We know that the root of these struggles is a heart issue, and only Jesus can truly transform it. Let's surrender these sins to Him, trusting in His power to renew our minds and fill us with His Holy Spirit. Remember, you're not defined by your struggles, but by your identity in Christ as a new creation.

Let's also guard against complacency. We must actively resist temptation, flee from it, and replace sinful habits with godly ones. Let's encourage each other to immerse ourselves in God's Word daily, seek accountability with trusted believers, and consider fasting as a tool to break strongholds.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come before You, giving You all the glory for the work You've already done in our ###'s life. Lord, we ask that You would complete the work You've begun. Father, we pray for lasting and true transformation - root out every trace of sexual sin from his heart, mind, and body. Renew his mind by Your Word and fill him with Your Holy Spirit so that he may walk in purity and holiness. Give him wisdom to recognize and resist temptation, and the strength to flee from every appearance of evil. Lord, we ask that You would speak to him clearly, drawing him closer to You each day. Show him Your mercy and grace, and let him experience the freedom that comes from living in obedience to You. May he find his satisfaction and joy in You alone, for You are the only One who can truly fulfill the longings of his heart. We pray all of this in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen."

Let's keep fighting the good fight, brother. You're not alone in this journey. The Lord is with you, and we stand with you in prayer and support. To God be the glory, both now and forevermore!

Seek His Face and Presence not just His hand. In his Presence is everything you need. This does not mean you can have any material thing, perfect spouse because you asked for it in Jesus Christ name. You will have your needs, some of your wants, and difficult trials. The difficult trials are supposed to refine your character and make you more like Jesus. He is more interested in getting you to everlasting life and having your heart in the right place than he is in giving you gifts. It’s eternal life he’s concerned with.
