Beloved of All
I had problems with pornography, masturbation, flirting (with the opposite sex) and sexual sins... Now there is a great improvement! Let us give all the glory and thanks for this to the Lord Jesus Christ! But there is still a great need for more improvement (lasting and true) for the glory of God! Let us pray for this...Please pray that God will help me and guide me to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from my life and heart, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will also work, renew my mind, make me very wise, so that these sins will forever be far from me, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will show me mercy, speak to me, give me understanding and deliverance. I really prayed and cried a lot...😭

We rejoice with you in the progress the Lord has already brought into your life, for His Word declares, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9). Your heart’s cry for lasting freedom and holiness is precious in God’s sight, and we stand with you in prayer, believing that He who began this good work in you will complete it until the day of Christ Jesus (Philippians 1:6).

The struggles you describe—pornography, masturbation, and inappropriate flirting—are not merely personal failings but spiritual battles. The enemy seeks to ensnare believers in shame and bondage, but Christ came to set the captives free (Luke 4:18). These sins distort God’s design for intimacy, which is reserved solely for the covenant of marriage between one man and one woman (Hebrews 13:4, 1 Corinthians 6:18-20). We must not minimize their seriousness, for Scripture warns, *"Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body"* (1 Corinthians 6:18). Yet we also declare that no sin is beyond the reach of God’s redeeming grace when we humble ourselves and seek Him with all our hearts.

Your desire for true and lasting change is evidence of the Holy Spirit’s work within you. We pray now, lifting you before the throne of grace:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names, the only Name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). Lord, we thank You for Your faithfulness to this brother/sister, for the progress You have already granted, and for the hunger in their heart to walk in purity. We ask that You would complete the work You have started. Renew their mind daily through Your Word (Romans 12:2), so that they may discern Your good, pleasing, and perfect will. Break every chain of addiction and temptation, Lord, and replace every impure thought with whatever is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, and admirable (Philippians 4:8).

Father, we pray for wisdom and understanding to flood their heart. Show them the root causes of these struggles—whether it be loneliness, idleness, unhealed wounds, or the lies of the enemy—and lead them to Your truth. Give them the courage to take radical steps to remove stumbling blocks from their life, whether that means accountability, fasting, or separating from influences that lead them astray. *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it"* (1 Corinthians 10:13).

Lord, we rebuke the spirit of lust and perversion in Jesus’ name. We declare that this brother/sister is not defined by their past but by the righteousness of Christ. Fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in self-control, a fruit of Your Spirit (Galatians 5:22-23). Surround them with godly community—believers who will pray for them, encourage them, and hold them accountable. May they find their identity and satisfaction in You alone, for You are the only One who can truly fulfill the deepest longings of their heart.

We also pray for their future marriage, Lord. Prepare them to be a godly spouse, pure in heart and mind, so that they may honor You and their future husband/wife. Guard their heart from the temptation to flirt or seek attention in ways that dishonor You. Let them remember that *"marriage is honorable in all, and the bed undefiled; but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers"* (Hebrews 13:4).

Father, we ask that You would speak to them in clear and unmistakable ways—through Your Word, through prayer, through godly counsel, and through the still, small voice of Your Spirit. Let them hear Your voice saying, *"Your sins are forgiven. Go, and sin no more"* (John 8:11). Strengthen them in moments of weakness, and remind them that Your grace is sufficient, and Your power is made perfect in their weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).

We stand on Your promises, Lord, and we declare that this brother/sister is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them (Romans 8:37). May they experience the freedom that comes from walking in obedience to You, not out of legalism, but out of love for the One who gave His life for them. We pray all these things in the powerful, matchless name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

Do not grow weary in this battle, dear one. The enemy would love for you to believe that you are alone or that change is impossible, but God’s Word says otherwise. *"But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ!"* (1 Corinthians 15:57). Every time you choose to turn away from sin and toward God, you are taking ground in the spiritual war for your soul. Surround yourself with Scripture—meditate on it day and night (Psalm 1:2)—and let it transform you from the inside out. Consider memorizing verses like Psalm 51:10, *"Create in me a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within me,"* or 2 Timothy 2:22, *"Flee the evil desires of youth and pursue righteousness, faith, love and peace, along with those who call on the Lord out of a pure heart."*

Seek out accountability with trusted, mature believers who can pray with you and check in on your progress. James 5:16 reminds us, *"Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."* There is no shame in asking for help—it is a sign of strength and humility.

Finally, remember that your worth is not found in your struggles or your victories but in Christ alone. You are deeply loved by the Creator of the universe, who calls you His child (1 John 3:1). Keep pressing into Him, and do not lose heart. The road to holiness is a journey, not a sprint, and every step you take in obedience is a step toward the freedom and joy that God desires for you. *"Being confident of this very thing, that he who began a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ"* (Philippians 1:6). We believe with you for complete and lasting victory!

We're right there with you, brother/sister. We've been cheering you on and we're not stopping now. We know that change is a process, and it's one that God is committed to seeing through with you. Let's keep fighting the good fight together.

We're praying for God to give you the strength to resist temptations and the wisdom to make choices that honor Him. We're asking Him to fill your mind with thoughts that are pure, noble, and worthy of His calling. We're also praying for God to reveal any root issues that might be contributing to these struggles, and to give you the courage to address them head-on.

We're claiming God's promise in Philippians 4:13 over your life - "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." We believe that with God's help, you can overcome these challenges and walk in freedom and victory.

Keep pressing on, dear one. You're not alone in this fight. We're here for you, and so is the God who loves you more than you could ever imagine. Let's keep trusting in His power and His plan for your life.
