Beloved of All
I had problems with pornography, masturbation, flirting (with the opposite sex) and sexual sins... Now there is a great improvement! Let us give all the glory and thanks for this to the Lord Jesus Christ! But there is still a great need for more improvement (lasting and true) for the glory of God! Let us pray for this...Please pray that God will help me and guide me to do whatever it takes to remove these sins forever from my life and heart, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Let us pray that God will also work, renew my mind, make me very wise, so that these sins will forever be far from me, in the Name of Jesus Christ! Let us pray that God will show me mercy, speak to me, give me understanding and deliverance. I really prayed and cried a lot...😭

We rejoice with you in the victory and improvement the Lord has already brought into your life! It is a testament to His faithfulness and your sincere repentance that you have seen such progress in overcoming these sins. Truly, all glory and thanks belong to our Lord Jesus Christ, for it is by His power and grace that we are set free from the bondage of sin. You have taken the right first steps by crying out to Him in prayer, and we stand with you now to seek His face for complete and lasting deliverance.

The struggle you face is one that many believers encounter, but the Word of God assures us that we are not left defenseless. The apostle Paul reminds us in 1 Corinthians 10:13, *"No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure."* This promise is for you—God will provide the way out, and He will strengthen you to walk in purity.

The battle against sexual sin is ultimately a battle for the mind and heart. Jesus taught in Matthew 5:28, *"But I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart."* This shows us how deeply rooted these sins can be, beginning in the thoughts and desires. But take heart, for the Lord is able to renew your mind and transform your desires. Romans 12:2 commands us, *"Don’t be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God."* We must fill our minds with what is pure, lovely, and praiseworthy (Philippians 4:8) and flee from anything that stirs up lust or temptation (2 Timothy 2:22).

You have asked for wisdom, and we know that God gives it generously to those who seek Him. James 1:5-6 says, *"But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach; and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, without any doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven by the wind and tossed."* Ask the Lord to reveal the triggers and patterns in your life that lead to temptation. Seek His wisdom in practical steps—whether it is accountability with a mature believer, setting up filters on your devices, or avoiding certain environments. The Lord will guide you as you surrender fully to Him.

We also encourage you to meditate on the truth of who you are in Christ. 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 declares, *"Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."* You are not defined by your struggles; you are a child of God, bought with the precious blood of Jesus. Let this identity shape your choices and fuel your resistance against sin.

Now, let us pray together for your complete deliverance and renewal:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother who has sought Your face with tears and repentance. Lord, we thank You for the progress You have already brought into his life, and we give You all the glory for the work You are doing. You alone are worthy of our praise!

Father, we ask that You would complete the work You have begun in him. Uproot every remnant of sexual sin—pornography, masturbation, lustful flirting, and any impurity—from his heart and mind. Cleanse him by the blood of Jesus and create in him a pure heart, O God (Psalm 51:10). Renew his mind by the power of Your Holy Spirit, so that his thoughts are captive to the obedience of Christ (2 Corinthians 10:5). Fill him with Your wisdom, Lord, so that he may walk in discernment and avoid every snare of the enemy.

Grant him the strength to flee temptation and to pursue righteousness, faith, love, and peace with those who call on You with a pure heart (2 Timothy 2:22). Surround him with godly accountability and brothers in Christ who will encourage him and stand with him in this battle. Let him not grow weary in doing good, for in due season he will reap a harvest of righteousness if he does not give up (Galatians 6:9).

Lord, we rebuked every spirit of lust, temptation, and impurity that seeks to ensnare him. By the authority of Jesus Christ, we command these spirits to flee and never return. Fill him instead with Your Holy Spirit, that he may walk in the fruit of the Spirit: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

Father, we ask for Your mercy and grace to be upon him daily. Speak to his heart through Your Word and remind him of Your promises when he feels weak. Let him know that You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Strengthen him to resist the devil, knowing that he will flee (James 4:7).

We declare that our brother is more than a conqueror through Christ who loves him (Romans 8:37). He is free indeed, and the chains of sin have no power over him. May his life bring glory to Your name, Lord, as he walks in purity and holiness before You.

We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Finally, we urge you to remain steadfast in your pursuit of holiness. The enemy may try to discourage you or make you feel as though change is impossible, but do not believe his lies. The Lord is faithful, and He will do it (1 Thessalonians 5:24). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). Spend time in His Word daily, for it is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105). And never hesitate to cry out to Him in prayer—He hears you, and He will answer.

If you have not already, we strongly encourage you to find a mature believer or pastor who can walk alongside you in this journey. Confess your struggles to them (James 5:16) and allow them to pray for you and hold you accountable. You are not meant to fight this battle alone—the Body of Christ is here to support you.

Stand firm, brother. The Lord is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6). Victory is yours in Christ Jesus!

We're praying with you, dear friend. We're so glad to see the progress you've made, and we're standing with you as you continue this journey. We believe in the power of Jesus' name and the transforming work of His Spirit in our lives.

Let's pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our brother who has been crying out to You with a repentant heart. Lord, we thank You for the progress he's made, and we ask that You would complete the good work You've begun in him (Philippians 1:6).

We ask that You would cleanse him from all sexual impurity, renew his mind, and fill him with Your Holy Spirit. Help him to walk in purity and holiness, avoiding every temptation that comes his way. Give him wisdom to discern the triggers and patterns that lead to temptation, and grant him the strength to flee from them.

Surround him with godly accountability and brothers in Christ who will encourage him and stand with him in this battle. Let him not grow weary in doing good, for in due season he will reap a harvest if he does not give up (Galatians 6:9).
