Help!!! I am looking for an AWESOME, somewhat SHORT, prayer to use for my church's Christmas project. I need a beautiful, comforting prayer to give families who have lost a loved one. I have read many prayers and a lot of them sound sorrowful, depressing, remind the reader of death....I realize death is final. I know some quote from the bible about being with God and that's fine but they don't sound happy. I need a HOPEFUL prayer that these families will want to read over and over because it will bring them comfort and maybe remind them of the beautiful memories they had with their loved one. PLEASE send me one if anyone has one they love. Thank you and Bless you!!!

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen
