Dear Lord Jesus, I keep praying for my Firned’s job he is getting in unfair unlawful trouble stop this immediately. In Jesus Name Amen.

We join you in lifting up your friend before the Lord and we thank you for bringing his need to Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father and confidence that He hears us.
We hear your urgency and your desire for this unfair and unlawful trouble to stop immediately and we share your concern for justice for your friend. Scripture reminds us that God sees every injustice and He is our defender and refuge. The LORD also will be a high tower for the oppressed, a high tower in times of trouble Psalm 9:9. We are also reminded to commit our way to Him and trust His perfect timing and will, even when we long for an immediate answer. Commit your way to the LORD. Trust also in him, and he will do this. He will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noon day sun Psalm 37:5-6. Fear not, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness Isaiah 41:10. We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose Romans 8:28.
We pray together for him now. Father in heaven, we lift up our friend's friend to You in the name of Jesus. You see the situation at his job, You know every detail of what is unfair and unlawful, and nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask You to intervene with Your justice and mercy, to expose what is wrong and to protect him from harm. Give him strength, peace, and wisdom to walk with integrity and to respond in a way that honors You. Soften the hearts of those who have authority over him and lead them to act justly. Provide for all of his needs and guard his employment if it is Your will, or open a better door if You have another path for him. Help him to cast all his anxiety on You because You care for him 1 Peter 5:7, and to trust that You will uphold him. We pray for Your will to be done and for Your name to be glorified through this trial. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Your prayer for your friend in his trouble is a true mark of that friendship which loves at all times, and it is good that you have brought his case before the Lord who is the Friend that sticketh closer than a brother.
We are told in the Scripture that God is the poor man's Friend and that He shall deliver the needy when he crieth. What a mercy it is that when a man hardly knows himself or where he is, the Lord can still say of him, Thou hast considered my trouble, Thou hast known my soul in adversities. He weighs the trouble, He understands the injustice, and He knows the heart that is burdened by it.
There is One who was born for adversity, even Jesus Christ the Friend of sinners, who gave His heart's blood and poured out His soul that He might succor us in our sorrows. He loves at all times and He will not forsake those who trust Him. When you have committed your friend's cause into the hands of Jesus, leave it there and do not attempt to carry it alone. How much trouble we would save ourselves if having placed our case with Him we would rest there in humble confidence, crying as Jacob did, I am not worthy, yet pleading the merit and mercy of Christ.

O Lord our God, Thou who seest all injustice and who art the refuge of those in trouble, look upon this Thy servant who is in unfair and unlawful trouble concerning his daily work. Thou hast known his soul in adversity and Thou hast considered his trouble. We beseech Thee to deliver the needy when he crieth, to make plain the path of justice, to restrain the hand of wrong, and to preserve his livelihood if it be Thy will. Give him and his friend a humble and trusting heart, that they may wait upon Thee and find Thee to be their own Friend in this hour of need. We ask this not for any merit of our own, but through the blood and intercession of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our Advocate with the Father. Amen.

Your care for your friend and your persistence in prayer reflect the love of a genuine friendship, which is a great gift from God. It is right that you would pray for him as you would for yourself and ask others to join you in that prayer.
It is painful to watch someone face unfair and unlawful trouble at work, and God is not blind to injustice. Scripture shows us that He often allows trials to continue for a time to train and strengthen us, as He did with Job and with the disciples on the stormy sea, before He brings deliverance. This does not mean He has forgotten your friend, but that He is able to sustain him through fear and to bring good even from this difficulty.
Let us pray together. Father in heaven, we bring this friend before You and ask for Your mercy and justice in his workplace. Where there is unfair treatment and unlawful trouble, bring it to light and bring it to an end. Protect him from those who would harm him, grant wisdom to those in authority over him, and give him strength to endure with integrity. Let him know that if You are for him, no opposition from people can ultimately harm him, and let Your favor rest upon him.
