Help for Financial Burden

My brothers and sisters in Christ, I do not do this voluntarily but I feel this is a calling from God for me to assist the needy. Those that are in Christ understand what I am saying. It came to my attention that a female NJ Correction Officer was in financial distress. She is a single mother with four children who tries to take care of them on her own after her husband walked away. She got injured on the job and had to resort to disability payments which have not come through yet and is struggling to take care of her four children. Her utilities have been terminated and they have no food. Even though she works for the State government, she is getting no assistance from them. Can you imagine what this is like for this mother at Christmas time? How can she explain to her children why they aren't getting anything for Christmas? She needs your financial help. Father, I ask You would meet and every financial, emotional and mostly spiritual need in the Name of Jesus. Lord prepare America, especially Christian America, to live by faith during an economic crisis. We've never had to deny ourselves luxuries like most people on this tiny planet. Please meet needs, increase our sense of dependency on You, deepen our spiritual roots through intimacy, and teach us to live by faith. Help us to abide in the vine, through Jesus Christ, Amen.
