Help at work

Beloved of All
Please pray that God would keep monitoring stalking tormenting demons and familiar spirits away while I work on the computer today. Please pray for all of my case information to be located, to be accurate, and neatly organized. Please pray for all pictures and notes that are needed to be found quickly and easily in Jesus' name. Amen.

We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your work and the spiritual battle you are facing. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we stand firm in the authority of Jesus Christ, who has already overcome the powers of darkness. We rebuke every monitoring, stalking, tormenting demon and familiar spirit that seeks to disrupt your work or bring fear into your heart. The Word of God declares, "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7 WEB). We take our stand on this promise, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).

We also pray for divine order and clarity in your work today. May the Lord, who is a God of order and not confusion (1 Corinthians 14:33), bring every piece of case information, every picture, and every note to light. We ask that He would guide your hands and your mind, making your work accurate, organized, and efficient. "Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established" (Proverbs 16:3 WEB). We declare that you will find what you need quickly and easily, for the Lord is your helper and provider.

Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your protection over this dear one. We ask that You would surround them with Your angels, as You promise in Psalm 91:11, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." Shield their mind from distraction and their heart from fear. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7) as they work today. Strengthen them with the knowledge that You are with them, and that greater is He who is in them than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).

We also want to gently remind you that our victory is not in our own strength but in the name of Jesus Christ. It is through His blood, His resurrection, and His authority that we have power over the enemy. If you have not already, we encourage you to surrender your life fully to Jesus, confessing Him as Lord and Savior. "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9 WEB). There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

Lord, we ask that You would bless this one’s work abundantly today. May their efforts bear fruit, and may they experience Your favor in every task. We pray for wisdom, discernment, and supernatural assistance as they navigate their responsibilities. Let Your light shine in every detail, and may their work bring glory to Your name. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Sometimes the workday can feel unusually heavy before it even begins, we hear the weight behind your words. When the mind is already filled with the sense of being watched or harassed, it’s difficult to think clearly about the practical tasks at hand. We find that in moments like this, even a few unhurried breaths and a simple, honest prayer while the computer boots up can make a surprising difference. We’re not dismissing the real struggle you’re facing; we’re simply pointing toward the One who quiets the chaos with His presence.

An old insight we’ve seen prove true again and again is that our minds are not passive battlegrounds, what we meditate on reshapes our inner world. Fixing our thoughts on the gentle strength of Christ, rather than on the fear of opposition, often calms the nervous system and steadies the hands. Before sorting through scattered files and missing notes, invite His peace into the very space where you sit. Walk through each task slowly, as a way of partnering with Him, trusting His nearness as you work. If the clutter feels overwhelming, breaking it down into the smallest next step, one folder, one search, one photo at a time, can make the load feel more manageable without adding to the tension.

Father, we lift up this child to You right now. Cover their mind with Your perfect peace and break any spiritual harassment that distracts or troubles them. Bring order out of the jumble: let every piece of data be located precisely, every file be accurate, and every needed picture and note present itself swiftly in Jesus’ name. Grant singular focus and a strong sense of safety as they work. Amen.

The Spirit of God who brooded over the chaos at the first creation now undertakes to fashion order out of the confusion of your day’s labor. Tormenting spirits cannot abide where the Spirit of Holiness rests, for He who began the good work within you will not abandon the works of your hands. As the Word is familiar with all your ways and speaks to your very case, so let it be your shield: when you turn to the Scriptures, they shall talk with you familiarly, answering your inquiries and standing sentinel over your mind.

Do not permit the dread of stalking things to eclipse the truth that the Spirit’s work is not a matter of mere nicety but of manifest power. The commotion of the wind is mysterious, yet we see what it accomplishes; even so, when the Comforter moves upon your employment, He clears away the obscuring mists of demonic mischief. Pray that He would be the very life of each holy click and keystroke, that you would not go to the machine without seeking His present help.

As for the cases and the scattered notes, remember that the Spirit who creates order is not the author of confusion. He works in us an inward labor that does not lull us to sloth but excites personal diligence. You must work, yet the speciality of your work, arranging that which is tangled, is a work of Him who sent you into this calling. Ask plainly that the Book which is so familiar with all your paths would direct your eyes to the pictures needed and bring the scribbled notes to remembrance. The true Christian knows that light afflictions of the mind, which last but for a moment, work out a far more exceeding weight of glory; your organized desk is a small conquest, yet the Spirit grants it.

He will not fling your efforts back into chaos but will go on with His work until, on some approaching seventh day, you rest from this labor and the blessing does not cease. Stand therefore upon that level place where faith in the finished work of Christ is not in competition with the Spirit’s aid but is itself the Spirit’s sweet witness. May your computer become a sanctuary where no ribaldry can trespass, and may the task be performed with such a spirit of worship that you are blessing God behind the screen as certainly as in the congregation.

Do not think that the safety of your work hangs upon the discovery of scattered notes or the neatness of ordered papers. Indeed, the Lord's pasture provides true security. As he himself declares, his sheep shall go in and out and find pasture, and none shall thrust them out. No tormenting spirit can breach the peace of a soul hidden in Christ. When the apostles were cast into the common prison and the doors were closed, the guards standing by, what did they do? Did they squander the night searching for a hidden key? No. God's angel led them out, and in the morning they went straight to the temple to speak. So too, let your mind be not a prison of anxiety but a temple of calm labor. The Lord who makes a way through walls of stone can surely bring all needed pictures and notes before your eyes.

And see whether what you call a search for order has not become a kind of self-chosen madness. Just as those insane persons hate those who try to heal them, we sometimes bolt the door of our own peace by our frantic care. You ask to be kept from monitoring demons, yet do not become like a madman raving over every lost file, letting your whole being become a sewer of agitation. This is the logic of the enemy: to make you his mirror by fixing your gaze so intently upon his mischief. Turn your eyes instead to the gentle Master, who when men called him a demoniac and plotted against him, still answered them with perfect meekness. Let there be no implacable fury in your hunt for information.

Make your work today a spiritual traffic. Just as we are commanded to employ our companions in good, enjoin even your duties to produce a profit for heaven. Rebuke the desire to be lord over every circumstance, for covetousness of control makes all things fearful, full of suspicion and plots. But justice, that is, doing all things in quiet reliance upon God, makes even your desk a place of perfect safety, where sleep might fearlessly overtake you if need be, with no sore lamenting.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. God is so in love with you. Be Encouraged!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

The weight you are feeling is real, but it is not meant to be carried alone in a fight against shadows. Prayer is not a weapon you wield to chase away dark spirits through the force of your own words. It is the hand of a child reaching up to a Father whose strength has already overcome the darkness. When you sit down at that computer, the first and most vital truth is not that demons are near, but that your Father is nearer.

We often come to prayer like a frantic inventory of our problems, telling God about every stalking fear as if He were unaware. Yet Jesus taught us that our Father already knows what we need before we ask. So the purpose of your prayer is not to inform God of the tormenting presence; it is to align your heart with the reality of His presence. His will for you in that workspace is peace, clarity, and a sound mind. True prayer begins with God’s purpose, whispers His will back to Him, and then opens the door for Him to act without violating your choice to trust Him.

Rather than focusing your energy on rebuking what you fear, turn your hearing toward the Lord. Elijah didn’t just shout at the sky. He prayed for rain with relentless confidence because he had first heard the promise of God, “I will send rain.” Real confidence in prayer comes from that listening ear. As you sit before your screen, ask the Spirit to quiet the noise and make the words of Jesus louder than any accusing whisper. His voice brings the assurance that your case information, your pictures, and your notes are held in the grip of a God who is never disorderly.

You are asking for your files to be located, accurate, and neatly organized. God is deeply interested in the mundane details of your work because He is a God of order, not chaos. The simplest prayer is the wisest: “Lord, have Your way in this task. Let Your order be established here.” When you pray “Thy will be done,” you are stepping out of the pressure to control everything through anxious precision. You are inviting a divine efficiency that does not originate from your stress but from His peace working through your hands. That peace is a fortress the enemy cannot breach.

Continue in prayer, but let your persistence be an expression of trust, not panic. You have a Father who does not slumber, and His answering of your prayer is not dependent on the length of your speech or the perfect phrasing of a command. The work you bring to Him is a time of worship, a quiet acknowledgment that the power and the glory belong to Him forever. Walk into your day knowing that the purpose of your prayer has already been achieved if you have placed your will into His hands. The order you seek flows from that place of rest.
