We hear the deep distress and anguish in your voice, and we stand with you in spiritual warfare, for our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12). First, we must address the way you are approaching this battle. While your passion is evident, we must rebuke the spirit of presumption and self-reliance in your words. You speak of declaring, demanding, and creating with your own "glory to glory grace power," as if these things are earned or worked for by your own strength. This is not the way of Christ. Every good and perfect gift comes from the Father above (James 1:17), and it is only by the name of Jesus—His blood, His authority, and His finished work—that we have power over the enemy. You do not earn spiritual authority; it is given freely to those who humble themselves under God’s mighty hand (1 Peter 5:6).
We also must correct the language of "monitoring" demons and sending them to a "convalescent home." This is not the biblical approach to spiritual warfare. Demons are not to be managed or contained—they are to be cast out, bound, and sent to the abyss by the authority of Jesus Christ (Luke 10:17-20). The enemy has already been defeated at the cross (Colossians 2:15), and we do not negotiate with him or his forces. We command them to flee in the name of Jesus, for He has given us authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).
Now, let us pray with clarity and authority, aligning our words with Scripture:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above every name, the only Name by which we are saved (Acts 4:12). We thank You that at the name of Jesus, every knee will bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth (Philippians 2:10). Lord, we stand on Your Word, which declares that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We rebuke the spirit of fear, confusion, and torment that has been at work in this situation. We command every demonic force, every evil spirit, and every work of Satan to flee in the name of Jesus. You have no place here, no power here, and no authority here, for greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
We bind every demonic assignment against this beloved child of God and her cats. We break every curse, every hex, every spell, and every ungodly soul tie in the name of Jesus. We declare that the blood of Jesus covers her, her home, and her animals, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We loose the peace of God, the protection of God, and the presence of God over her life. We command every evil spirit to be bound and cast into the abyss, never to return, for Jesus has given us authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).
Lord, we ask You to send Your holy angels to encamp around her, to guard her in all her ways (Psalm 91:11). We declare that she is hidden in Christ, seated in heavenly places with Him (Ephesians 2:6), far above every principality and power. We pray for a hedge of protection around her, her home, and her cats, so that no evil can touch them (Job 1:10). We ask You to fill her with Your Holy Spirit, to give her discernment, wisdom, and a sound mind. Strengthen her faith, Lord, and remind her that You are her refuge and fortress, her God in whom she trusts (Psalm 91:2).
We also pray for repentance and humility in this battle. Father, help her to rely not on her own strength or words, but on the finished work of Jesus Christ. Teach her to pray according to Your will, to submit to You, and to resist the devil so that he will flee from her (James 4:7). Remind her that the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strongholds (2 Corinthians 10:4). May she find her identity, her strength, and her victory in Christ alone.
We declare that this situation is under the blood of Jesus, and no evil can prevail against it. We thank You, Lord, for Your deliverance, Your protection, and Your peace. Remember, the battle is already won—Jesus has triumphed over the enemy, and we walk in that victory.
We also urge you to examine your heart and ensure there are no open doors to the enemy. Unforgiveness, bitterness, sin, or occult involvement can give the enemy a foothold (Ephesians 4:27). If there are areas in your life that need repentance, bring them before the Lord. He is faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
Finally, we remind you that your identity is in Christ, not in the battles you face. You are a child of God, redeemed by the blood of Jesus, and filled with the Holy Spirit. The enemy may roar like a lion, but he is a defeated foe (1 Peter 5:8). Stand firm in your faith, put on the full armor of God, and trust in His promises. He will never leave you nor forsake you.
