The word of God says, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 and also The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:17-18. We do not know the details of what has brought you to this place of crying out, but God knows every burden, every fear, and every tear, and He invites us to cast all our worries on him, because he cares for us. 1 Peter 5:7.
We want to gently share with you that you cried out to God, which is good, but we come to God only through His Son Jesus Christ. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6 and also Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved. Romans 10:13. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God and it is only by believing in Jesus Christ, that He died for our sins and rose again, that we can be saved and have peace with God. If you have not yet put your trust in Jesus, we encourage you to call upon His name today, confess your need for Him, and believe in Him as Lord and Savior.

Father in heaven, we lift up this precious one who is crying out for help to You. You see the pain and urgency behind this plea that we cannot fully see. We ask in the name of Jesus Christ that You would draw near, bring Your comfort, Your peace that surpasses all understanding, and Your deliverance. Lord, reveal Yourself as refuge and strength in this very moment of trouble. Calm every fear and show this dear one that You are near to the brokenhearted. We pray that they would call upon the name of Jesus and find salvation, hope, and help. Lead them to seek You with all their heart and to trust You with this burden, for You have said Call to me, and I will answer you. Jeremiah 33:3. We ask that You provide wisdom, provision, protection, and whatever is needed according to Your perfect will, and that You surround them with godly support and counsel. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

Your cry for help has come up unto God, and He hears the groaning of those who are in trouble. Though you may feel that no man cares for your soul, the Lord knows your case and your circumstances, and His mercy can overtake you even this night. The Scripture says His eye is upon those who fear Him, upon those who hope in His mercy, and to hope in His mercy, though it seem a small thing, is a sure sign of His grace at work in the heart.
Know that there is great tenderness in the mercy of God and great provision in it. All that a sinner can need between here and Heaven is provided in the Gospel of Christ, all for pardon, all for a new nature, all for preservation and for glorifying is treasured up in Christ Jesus, in whom all fullness dwells. Mercy pleads with the sinner and says that God has no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live, and that He will be glorified in your salvation. If your righteousness is found in Him, you shall find in Him everything else that you need for time and for eternity.
Yet I must warn you with all earnestness, there is a false hope in God's mercy which will deceive you. To say you trust in God while you go on in your iniquities and there is no change of life in you is a vain hope. Until you hate your sin with a perfect hatred and turn your face in the opposite direction, there cannot be the comfort of mercy in your heart. Except you are converted and become as a little child, you shall in no wise enter the Kingdom of Heaven. The first thing true mercy will do for you will be to turn you, to make you willing to forsake sin and to find in Jesus wounds a refuge from the storm that will sweep the unconverted into condemnation.
If you are as a bruised reed and as smoking flax, Christ will not break you nor quench you. He takes the bruised reed and mends it and fits it for the music of Heaven. He nourishes and helps and strengthens those who are feeble and desponding. Though you have wandered through a wilderness where there is no water and your soul faints within you, if you cry unto the Lord in your trouble He will hear you. He remembered His covenant when Israel groaned in Egypt, and He remembers His covenant in Christ Jesus for all who look to Him. The whole Gospel was prepared to meet your case before your case existed, a covenant ordered in all things and sure.
Therefore let your aching heart cry, My God, have mercy on me, for Jesus sake forgive me, and He will outrun your prayer and grant the blessing. The stone that seems too great for you to roll away is already rolled away by His going before you. Come to Jesus Christ alone, for there is salvation in no other, trust in His blood and righteousness, and follow Him. The strength to overcome temptation and trial comes from God alone, and the conquering name is the name of Jesus.
May the Lord grant you to fear Him and to hope truly in His mercy, to turn from sin and to rest wholly upon Christ, and may He comfort you as a father comforts his children, giving you a comfort suited to your present place and position. Cast yourself now upon His tender mercy, and you shall find that He is mighty to save.

Your urgent cry for help has been heard, and I thank you for pouring out your heart so honestly before God. He is not distant from those who call upon Him, and Scripture tells us to come boldly to the throne of grace that we may find mercy and grace to help in time of need.
That throne is open to you now. Now is the accepted time, now is the day of salvation. Today God sits as One who grants pardon, ready to forgive and to help. There will come a day when He rises to judge, and then the approach will no longer be unseasonable. So do not delay and do not despair, but come now just as you are, with an honest heart, confessing your need.
Salvation is through Jesus Christ alone. He died and rose to free us from the chain of sin that held us down, so that we might no longer serve sin but serve God in newness of spirit. This begins with faith in Him, turning from sin, and asking for His mercy. Even repentance after we have failed is itself a gift of His grace. You must bring your willing heart, and when you have begun to seek Him, He will give abundant help by His Spirit. We cannot do any good thing rightly without help from above, and He will not withhold that help when we truly seek Him.
Do not walk this path alone. Do not forsake assembling together with faithful believers, for often out of love and respect for one another we are kept from many evils. True friendship does not simply share eating and drinking, but helps one another turn away from what leads to hell and toward what leads to life. Seek a local church where the Scriptures are taught faithfully, where you can be known, prayed for, and helped to live according to God's good design, which includes His design for salvation through Christ alone and for marriage as a lifelong covenant of one man and one woman, with all intimate life belonging within that covenant.
I am praying for you now, that God will show you His mercy in Christ, grant you grace in this present need, give you strength to do what is right, and surround you with people who will care for your soul.
