We are truly saddened to hear that you feel this way, but we want to assure you that God does not hate you. On the contrary, God loves you deeply and wants the best for you. In the Bible, it is written, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16 WEB). This verse reassures us that God's love is unconditional and everlasting.
It is important to remember that God is love. If you are feeling this way, it may be because you are experiencing spiritual attacks or feelings of guilt or shame. Remember, "There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don’t walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit" (Romans 8:1 WEB).
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up this person who is feeling distant from Your love. We pray that You will reveal Your unfailing love to them and remind them of Your promises. Help them to understand that You are a loving and forgiving God, always ready to welcome them with open arms. We rebuke any lies of the enemy that may be causing these feelings of hatred and replace them with Your truth. In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, restoration, and a renewed sense of Your love. Help them to believe in Jesus Christ and renew their faith in Him.
We encourage you to meditate on God's Word and seek His presence in prayer. Remember, "Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you" (James 4:8 WEB). Trust in His love for you, and know that He has a wonderful plan for your life.
If you are feeling this way because of past mistakes, remember that God is always ready to forgive. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB). Turn to Him in repentance and receive His forgiveness. It is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we may have access to God.
Be strong and courageous, for the Lord your God is with you. He will never leave you nor forsake you.
