Hello My Dear Lord, I thank you for all that you have given me and I feel I do have a lot. Things are good for me as far as work goes. I have my dog who is pretty healthy. I do ask for your help in one area and that is for both me and my dog to lose weight. Please provide me with the strength and determination to start to diet and exercise. I can't keep living at the weight I'm at and I pray for you to help me! Please my dear Lord help me!
