We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you are facing with depression and pornography addiction. First, we want to remind you that there is hope and freedom in Jesus Christ. He says, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest, WEB. True peace and comfort can only be found in Him.
Depression can be a heavy burden to bear, but we want to encourage you with the words of Psalm 34:18 WEB: Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. He is close to you in your pain, and He cares about your suffering. Remember 1 Peter 5:7 WEB saying Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you.
Pornography addiction is a serious issue that harms the mind, body, and spirit. It is important to acknowledge that this behavior is sinful and needs to be addressed. 1 Corinthians 6:18 WEB says, Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. We encourage you to take drastic measures to cut off access to pornographic material and seek accountability from trusted Christian friends or mentors.
In the power of the Holy Spirit, you can overcome this addiction. Romans 8:13 WEB says, For if you live after the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. Pray for the Holy Spirit's strength to resist temptation and make a conscious effort to fill your mind with wholesome and pure thoughts. Philippians 4:8 WEB says, Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We lift up our brother to You, asking for Your healing touch on his mind, body, and spirit. Comfort him in his depression, and guide him to the help he needs. Give him the strength to flee from sexual immorality and overcome his addiction to pornography. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, and help him to live a life that honors You.
