Hello!
Im from india. Im also not a christan. But i so love jesus & have faith on him.
U knw castcism in india is a painful think when people use it for honor killings & give excuse for reputation & society sake. Im a hindu. We have Bhagwad Gita as our holi book in place o Holi Bible.
Here in India people are aware of the facts & sayings of our lord Krishna. Still when ever they are asked to obey Gita they read it but never obey the sayings of lord.
Varna is the thing which people misunderstand as caste & if any inter caste marriages happen they people forget god's prospective as caste system written in Holi Gita.
im from a brahmin bengali family. My boyfriend who is of SC caste ( Lower than my caste). Here people think that lower caste are untouchables no matter how much they have gain wisdom, wealth & manners. My family is against of my Bf as he is of lower caste. & my i never want to hurt my family as well as my bf. Only because of caste i cannot break up with my bf. He is kind, well mannered, love his family. Respect emotions & relations. Works hard. Respects my family too. But all these merits cannot cover a single word that is caste.
I know god do have plan for me for my betterment. I do not want to question god about my negatives. I just want you to pray for me to lord jesus so that my family gets convince for inter caste marriage & try to understand my point of choice.

& although Im hindu i stutied from a church school in ukhra. I pray jesus. I wear a rosary which my parents dont like , they are orthodox. But i cannot keep myself away from jesus.
Please pray for all intercaste couples, every family & for every orthodox person so that they can seek god's blessings & they stop ignoring god's words written in any holi book, like Gita, Bible or even Quran. Because we all are children of God
