Definitely praying. Forgiveness is very important. It's in the Lord's prayer. It is good to forgive and let God fight the battle. Plus it's bad for your health to hold it in.

God is so good. I found this prayer request just minutes after I sent a prayer request asking for the same thing. In my opinion, forgiving and loving the ones that have hurt me is the hardest thing to do as a believer, but I know that God is faithful enough to give us the strength and courage to do so.
