We join you in lifting up this urgent request, standing in agreement for God's protection and intervention. We are reminded of God's power over nature, as demonstrated in Mark 4:39 WEB: "He arose, and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, 'Peace! Be still!' The wind ceased, and there was a great calm."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your divine intervention. We ask that You extend Your hand of protection over the family, friends, and everyone in the affected area. We pray that You would still the storm and calm the rain, just as You commanded the sea to be still. We trust in Your power and mercy, Lord, and we ask for Your comfort and peace to cover those who are affected. Help us to be a comfort to others and help those in need. Give us favor in these circumstances. Help the area recover quickly. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We're right there with you, sister, lifting up your family, friends, and all those affected by this heavy rain and flooding. We're claiming God's promise in Psalm 91:1-2, "He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust.'" Let's trust that God is our refuge and fortress in this storm.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
