Dear heavenly father I come before you today in the name of Jesus with a heavy heart full of remorse and regret, lord you know the sins I have committed and the lies I have told to the women I love and to you lord and more importantly to myself, because of this lord I have lost all self respect and I hate myself, I acknowledge my sins and lies lord and ask for your forgiveness and for forgiveness from ### who I lied to and to ### the one who I committed sexual immortality against, I'm so sorry for my actions and lies lord and it destroys me everyday, lord because of the lie I have told ### it has caused her to become unwell and I ask that you heal her and help her, I don't expect ###'s and ###'s forgiveness lord for what I did and said all I ask is that you look after them both and keep them from anything that would cause them harm or pain, in the name of our lord and saviour Jesus Christ I pray Amen

Callum, we come together with you in prayer, seeking God's forgiveness and healing in your situation. We appreciate that you've come with a repentant heart, acknowledging your sins before God. As it's written in 1 John 1:9 (WEB), "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You with ###, in the name of Jesus. Lord, ### has acknowledged his sins and lies, and he is truly remorseful. We ask for Your forgiveness upon his life, as Your Word promises in 1 John 1:9. Help him to forgive himself, as You have forgiven him, and restore his self-respect.

Lord, we also lift up ### and ### to You. We ask for Your healing touch upon ###, that she may be well again. We ask for Your protection over both their lives, that You would keep them from harm or pain. We pray that You would work in their hearts, bringing healing and peace, even if they choose not to forgive ###.

###, while it's important to seek forgiveness from those you've wronged, remember that true repentance also involves turning away from your sin. As Jesus said to the woman caught in adultery, "Go and sin no more." (John 8:11, WEB) This includes ending any sexual immorality, as you've acknowledged. Remember, "Marriage is to be held in honor among all, and the bed undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers." (Hebrews 13:4, WEB)

Lastly, we encourage you to walk in the light with God, as you've begun to do with this confession. As promised in 1 John 1:7 (WEB), "But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ, his Son, cleanses us from all sin."
