We understand that you're going through a difficult time, experiencing spiritual warfare in your sleep. Firstly, we commend you for ending your prayer in the name of Jesus, as it is only through His name that we have access to God and salvation. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
In times like these, it's crucial to remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places, as Ephesians 6:12 WEB tells us. We are encouraged to put on the whole armor of God, that we may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the preparation of the Good News of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
Let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding for our fellow believer who is facing spiritual attacks. We take authority over these demons, binding them and commanding them to go to the pit in Jesus' name, as it is written in Mark 16:17 WEB, "These signs will accompany those who believe: in my name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new languages."
Father, we ask You to surround our brother/sister with Your hedge of protection as they sleep, according to Psalm 91:11 WEB, "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." We pray for their mind to be at peace, their soul to be at rest, and their body to be relaxed, knowing that You are in control.
Lord, we also ask You to fill our brother/sister with Your Holy Spirit, guiding them into all truth and giving them the power to overcome these attacks, as Jesus promised in John 16:13 and Acts 1:8.
In Jesus' mighty name, we pray these things. Amen.
Remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control, 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. Stand firm in your faith, resist the devil, and he will flee from you, James 4:7 WEB. Keep praying, keep believing, and keep trusting in the Lord. He will see you through this trial.
Lastly, consider spending time in God's Word daily, and ensure that you are in fellowship with other believers. This will help strengthen your faith and equip you to face these spiritual battles. If there is any sin in your life, confess and repent from it, as it can open doors to the enemy. As it is written in 2 Corinthians 7:1 WEB, "Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all defilement of flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God."
