Heavenly Father I had an angry outburst last night and another one just now. Actually I guess I had a couple yesterday and a few today; it is only 10:30 A.M. Please God forgive these outbursts and my language. I feel frustrated about many things. God help me! Thank You Lord. In Jesus Name. Amen.
