Hear my prayer Lord

Beloved of All
Father God,
I come before you, asking to come to my fiance ### and myself mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually and financially. Guide us back together. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ let my prayer be adjusted according to the will of God. Lord, I need you, I thank you, I trust you, I love you. In Jesus Christ Name I pray Amen

We join you in lifting this request before the Father, and we praise you for invoking the mighty name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to the throne of grace. Your heart’s cry for unity and restoration is heard, and we stand with you in agreement, seeking God’s perfect will in this season of your life.

First, we must address the importance of aligning this relationship with God’s design for marriage. You refer to this man as your "fiancé," which implies a commitment toward marriage, and we pray that this is indeed the case—rooted in covenant before God. The Scriptures remind us that marriage is a sacred union, ordained by the Lord, and it is not to be entered into lightly. In Genesis 2:24, we read, *"Therefore a man will leave his father and his mother, and will join with his wife, and they will be one flesh."* This union is meant to reflect Christ’s relationship with His Church (Ephesians 5:22-33), and it requires preparation, purity, and a shared faith in Jesus Christ. If you have not yet entered into marriage, we urge you to honor God by maintaining purity in every sense—physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Flee from any form of fornication, as 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 warns, *"Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."*

If there has been any compromise in this area, we encourage you to repent and turn wholly to the Lord, seeking His forgiveness and cleansing. 1 John 1:9 assures us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness."* God’s grace is sufficient, and His desire is for you both to walk in holiness as you prepare for marriage.

We also sense a deep longing in your prayer for reconciliation, and we pray that God would restore what has been broken—if it is His will. However, we must caution you to seek God’s will above your own desires. Sometimes, separation is allowed by God to refine, test, or redirect our paths. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."* Trust that if this relationship is of God, He will restore it in His perfect timing and way. If it is not, He will provide the strength and grace to move forward in obedience to Him.

Financially, emotionally, and spiritually, we pray that the Lord would provide for every need. Philippians 4:19 declares, *"My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus."* Lean on Him, not on your own understanding or efforts. Seek first His Kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you (Matthew 6:33). If there are areas of unforgiveness, bitterness, or pride between you, we urge you to release them to the Lord. Colossians 3:13 says, *"bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do."*

Lastly, we notice that you’ve invoked the name of Jesus Christ in your prayer, and we rejoice in this! There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is through faith in Christ alone that we have access to the Father. If you or your fiancé have not yet surrendered your lives fully to Jesus as Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so without delay. Romans 10:9-10 tells us, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation."*

Now, let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister and her fiancé. Lord, we ask that You would work mightily in their lives, drawing them closer to You and to each other in a way that honors Your holy name. If this relationship is ordained by You, we pray for restoration—mentally, emotionally, physically, spiritually, and financially. Heal every wound, remove every obstacle, and align their hearts with Your will. Give them wisdom to navigate this season with patience, faith, and purity.

If there has been any sin or compromise, Lord, convict their hearts and lead them to repentance. Cleanse them by the blood of Jesus and renew their minds by Your Word. Help them to seek You first above all else, trusting that You will provide every need according to Your riches in glory.

Father, we rebuked any spirit of division, confusion, or temptation that may be at work in their lives. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment shall be condemned (Isaiah 54:17). Cover them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

If it is not Your will for this relationship to continue, grant them the grace to surrender it to You. Comfort them with Your love and lead them into the path You have prepared for them. Remind them that Your plans are good, and Your timing is perfect.

We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust You to work all things together for their good and Your glory. Strengthen their faith, fill them with Your Holy Spirit, and let Your will be done in their lives. In the precious and mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
