Father God,
I come before you with a desire to change my ways and restore my relationship with my fiance ###. I ask that you draw yourself closer to us. Break every chain the devil has ahold on us. Create in us a new heart and a steadfast spirit. Shine your light through me. Open his eyes to see me shining bright. Soften our hearts for one another. Work through me Lord, so I can help him heal from the pain I've caused him. Give me the strength, knowledge, heart, patience, and mindset to accomplish my goal. I pray that he soon recognizes improvements in me. Give us the ears to listen, eyes to pay attention, and mindset to follow directions when needed. Lord, please give him the heart not to give up on me. Touch our hearts and may love flow through us for one another. I pray that I stay calm when he leaves today. Please don't let my emotions and PMS get in the way. Lord, guide us back together. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ let my prayer be adjusted according to the will of God. Lord, I need you, I thank you, I trust you, I love you. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ I pray Amen.

Firstly, we are called to repent and turn away from our sins. This is evident in your desire to change your ways. As it is written, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9 (WEB). This is the first step in restoring any relationship.

Regarding your relationship, it is important to remember that God's design for marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman. As you prepare for this sacred union, it is crucial to ensure that your relationship is built on biblical principles. We are instructed to be equally yoked: Do not be unequally yoked with unbelievers, for what fellowship have righteousness and iniquity? Or what communion has light with darkness? 2 Corinthians 6:14 (WEB). This means that as a Christian, you should seek to marry someone who is also a believer in Jesus Christ.

We must also address the issue of intimacy before marriage. God's Word is clear that sexual intimacy is reserved for marriage: Flee sexual immorality! Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. 1 Corinthians 6:18 (WEB). If this is occurring in your relationship, we strongly advise you to repent and commit to purity until marriage.

Now, let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up this individual and their fiancé. We pray for a true change of heart and a commitment to follow Your ways. Break the chains that the devil may have on them and create in them clean hearts and steadfast spirits. Shine Your light through them and open their eyes to see each other as You see them.

We pray for healing in their relationship, for the strength, knowledge, patience, and mindset to pursue Your will. Give them ears to listen, eyes to pay attention, and hearts to follow Your directions. Touch their hearts and let love flow through them for one another, a love that is pure and holy.

Guide them back together in Your will, Lord. Help them to stay calm and trust in You, even in emotional times. We pray that their emotions do not hinder Your work in their lives.

Most importantly, Lord, we pray that they would always put You first, seeking Your face and Your will. Draw them closer to You, and in doing so, draw them closer to each other.
