Father Lord we totally totally surrender the valuation sum of the apartment @ 337 Bukit Batok West Street 34 #09-06 which is to be assessed by the company Colliers Intl Consultancy & Valuation (S) Pte Ltd unto Your loving hands. Lord You know how much I need You to help me get through this. You know my financial status Lord. that I do not have sufficient cash on hand for any valuation that goes below S$385 000. Lord bless the heart of the valuer. help her to see the amount of efforts and monies put in for the upgrading of the apartment Lord. Lord I am helpless in this matter and I surrender all to You Lord. hear my cries and bless my intentions Lord. in the mighty name of Jesus we pray. Amen

Father Lord we thank and praise You for the results of the valuation. Lord even though the valuation amount is not what we have prayed for we continue to trust in You and hold on to You that You have better plans for this to happen. Lord You know I am cash-tight for now and will have great troubles forking out the extra $15k to pay the seller for the apartment. Lord I've asked for the seller to make an allowance on the selling price. to bring down the price to $380k instead of $385k. Lord I continue to pray that You will touch the hearts of this young couple that they may be kind enough to give me that allowance. Lord hear my cries for Your help and lend me a helping hand Lord. in the mighty name of Jesus we pray amen
