We are truly sorry to hear about the loss of your father and the health challenges your family is facing. In times like these, it's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Psalm 46:1 WEB.
Firstly, we commend you for ending the prayer in Jesus' name. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. It is written, "In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give it to you." John 16:23 WEB. And there is no other name by which we can be saved, "in none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB.
Regarding emotional and physical health, it is true that they are closely tied. Proverbs 17:22 WEB tells us, "A cheerful heart is a good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones." We pray that God will grant your family a supernatural peace to help you withstand the waves of life. John 14:27 WEB, "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you. Don't let your heart be troubled, neither let it be fearful."
As believers, we have the authority in Jesus' name to rebuke sickness and disease. We stand with you in faith, praying for your family's health, especially your mother. We pray that God will heal her from diabetes, dementia, confusion, grief, negative thoughts, and hypertension. We cast out every spirit of infirmity attacking her body and mind in Jesus' name.
Let's pray:
"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up this family that is mourning and dealing with health issues. We thank You for Your comfort and peace that surpasses all understanding. We rebuke every spirit of infirmity and sickness attacking this family in Jesus' name. We command every health issue to leave and stay away from them.
Lord, we specifically pray for this beloved mother. Heal her from diabetes, dementia, confusion, grief, negative thoughts, and hypertension. Comfort her heart and grant her Your peace. Help her to hold on to You and Your promises during this challenging time.
We also pray for the dental issues and swelling that this beloved child is experiencing. Lord, heal and restore their body.
Father, we ask that You strengthen this family and help them to walk in faith, not in fear. Give them the grace to endure and to continue to trust in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
In this challenging time, draw close to God and He will draw close to you, James 4:8 WEB. Trust in Him with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding, Proverbs 3:5 WEB. He will direct your paths and carry you through this storm. As the request was in Jesus name, it is obvious that there is a family member that is following Jesus and has the access to God needed. Make sure the entire family is aware of this.
