I need help Jesus. I'm feeling unhealthy, having severe back pain and it's ruining my daily life. I need Your help and strength. I want to have the joy of being able to be more active again, doing exercise. Jesus, help. Also I pray for my parents. Bless and help them. They're the most extraordinary parents I could ask for. Thank you. Give me the courage and the optimism I need. Amen.
