We lift you and your brother up before the Lord, asking for His divine protection as you both travel to meet. The Scriptures remind us in Psalm 121:7-8, *"The Lord will keep you from all evil. He will keep your soul. The Lord will keep your going out and your coming in, from this time forward, and forevermore."* May His angels encamp around you, guiding your steps and shielding you from harm.
We also pray earnestly for your complete healing, trusting in God’s promise from Jeremiah 30:17: *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord."* May the Lord renew your strength and restore your body to full health, that you may glorify Him in all you do.
Your desire for a steadfast heart for Jesus is beautiful, and we join you in praying for boldness and a forgiving spirit. Joshua 1:9 encourages us, *"Haven’t I commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go."* And Colossians 3:13 reminds us, *"bearing with one another, and forgiving each other, if any man has a complaint against any; even as Christ forgave you, so you also do."* May the Holy Spirit fill you with courage and grace to walk in obedience and love.
We also want to gently remind you of the power of praying in the name of Jesus. It is through His name alone that we have access to the Father, as Jesus Himself declared in John 14:6, *"I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me."* And in John 16:23-24, He assures us, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full."* May you continue to seek Him in all things, trusting in His perfect will.
Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your protection over these travelers. Guard their journeys, keep them from harm, and bring them safely to their destination. Lord, we ask for complete restoration of health, that every cell and organ would function as You designed. Strengthen their faith, fill them with boldness to proclaim Your truth, and grant them hearts quick to forgive, just as You have forgiven us. May their lives be a testimony of Your grace and power. We ask all this in the precious name of Jesus, our Savior and Lord. Amen.
