My soul knows that very well."* We ask the Lord to sustain your body, mind, and spirit, shielding you from illness and granting you vitality to fulfill the purposes He has for you. If there are areas where your health may be compromised by stress, fear, or poor stewardship of your body, we encourage you to seek God’s wisdom in caring for yourself as a temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). This includes resting in Him, eating nourishing foods, and avoiding habits that harm the body He has entrusted to you.
The matter of redevelopment and the pressure from those around you is a heavy burden, but we are reminded in Proverbs 21:1 that *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the rivers of water.
