Dear Lord,
I pray for Deedeem's father to turn his life over to you. Help him to desire to live and see his family grow, and to know he should quit smoking. Give him the desire to quit. Draw him unto Yourself. Help him to hear the Word that his faith will increase. Also, help him to know that he's a sinner and in need of a Savior and forgiveness and repentance. The Word says, 'Believe, repent and be baptized.' Give him a heart to believe and repent and receive in Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

Lord, help this father to care more about others than himself. Remove the scales from his eyes so that he may see clearly. Give him wisdom and discernment that he will acknowledge that he has a addiction to cigarettes and that it is ruining his health. If he can't quit on his own, there are programs and products out there that can help him. Lead him to the help he needs to stop. May he have the desire to quit because he needs to and because he loves his family enough to want to see his grand-daughter graduate. May smoking not be more important than that! Thank you, Lord. Amen
