We hear your cry for healing and mercy, and we join our hearts with yours in fervent prayer. Seek a community of believers who uphold the authority of Scripture, preach the gospel of salvation by grace through faith in Christ, and live out the love and truth of God. We lift up Carmen and her family to You, asking for Your mercy and grace to surround them. Lord, You see their pain, their weariness, and their need. We ask that You would touch each one with Your healing hand, body, mind, and spirit. For any sickness, fear, or burden they carry, we declare Your promise in Jeremiah 30:17, "For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says the Lord."
We also lift up their little dog, Lord, for You are the Creator of all life, and Your care extends to every creature. We ask for Your comfort and healing in this situation as well. You tell us in Matthew 10:29 that not even a sparrow falls to the ground apart from Your will, so we trust that You are mindful of this precious part of their family.
Father, we ask that You would strengthen their faith and draw them closer to You. Let them feel Your presence in tangible ways, reminding them that they are never alone. Fill their home with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
Lord, we rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or despair that may be trying to take hold. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we stand on Your Word, which does not return void (Isaiah 55:11). We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You (Romans 8:28).
