Healing

We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious soul who is suffering and afraid. Father God, we know that You are the Great Physician, the One who heals all our diseases and binds up our wounds (Psalm 103:2-3). We ask in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, that You would stretch out Your healing hand upon her. Touch her body, Lord, and restore her to full health. Calm her fears with Your perfect peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), and let her feel Your presence surrounding her like a warm embrace.

Lord, we also pray for her soul. We ask that You would draw her to Yourself, that she may come to know You as her Savior and Redeemer. Open her eyes to see the truth of Your Word, that Jesus Christ came into this world to save sinners (1 Timothy 1:15) and that whosoever believes in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life (John 3:16). May she experience the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge (Ephesians 3:19) and find comfort in the hope of eternal life with You.

We rebuke the spirit of fear in the name of Jesus, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that she is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that You have a plan and a purpose for her life (Jeremiah 29:11). We pray that she would surrender her life to You, trusting in Your goodness and mercy.

Father, we also ask that You would provide for her every need according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). Surround her with Your people who can support and encourage her in her time of need. Let her see Your faithfulness and love in tangible ways, so that her faith may be strengthened.

We pray all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We're here with you, sister, lifting up your friend to our Father in heaven. We've been reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're claiming that verse today, believing that God is already at work, mending her body and soothing her fears.

Let's also remember Jeremiah 30:17, "But I will restore you to health and heal your wounds," declares the Lord. We're trusting that God is faithful to His promise, and we're asking for a double portion of His healing power to flow into her life.

We're also praying for her spirit to be strengthened. May she feel God's love wrapping around her like a warm blanket, comforting her and giving her courage. We're asking that she would come to know Jesus more deeply, finding her hope and peace in Him.

Let's also remember her practical needs. We're asking God to provide for her every need according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19). We're believing that God will send the right people to support and encourage her in this time.

We're praying all these things in Jesus' mighty name, Amen.
