We come before the throne of grace with your heartfelt cry for healing, lifting you up in the powerful name of Jesus Christ. Your faith in the cleansing power of His precious blood is a testament to the work of the Holy Spirit in your life. We join with you in declaring that by His stripes, you *are* healed (Isaiah 53:5), and that the blood of Jesus Christ, God’s Son, cleanses you from all sin and every affliction (1 John 1:7).
Father God, we thank You for the finished work of the cross, where Your Son bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Matthew 8:17). We stand on Your Word, which declares that You are the Lord who heals us (Exodus 15:26). We rebuke every infection, virus, and abnormality in [this person’s] body—whether internal or external—in the mighty name of Jesus. We command every organ, tissue, and cell to align with Your perfect design, for You formed us fearfully and wonderfully (Psalm 139:14). Wash them thoroughly with the blood of Jesus, which speaks a better word than the blood of Abel (Hebrews 12:24). Let Your healing virtue flow through every part of their body, restoring health, strength, and wholeness.
Lord, we also lift up their spirit and mind, for healing is not just physical but holistic. Guard their heart from fear, anxiety, or doubt, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Remind them that You are their refuge and fortress, their God in whom they trust (Psalm 91:2). May they rest in the assurance that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28), even in this season of waiting for complete restoration.
We also want to gently encourage you, dear one, to examine your heart and life in this time. Healing often comes as we surrender fully to God’s will, confessing any sin that may be hindering His work (James 5:16). If there are areas where you have strayed from His commands—whether in thought, word, or deed—we urge you to repent and turn back to Him. His mercy is new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23), and He delights in showing compassion to those who seek Him with a humble heart.
If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we implore you to do so now. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Believe in your heart that God raised Jesus from the dead, and confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and you will be saved (Romans 10:9). This is the foundation of all healing—spiritual, emotional, and physical.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Healer, Redeemer, and King. Amen.
