We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion, lifting up this request for healing for the one represented by these symbols. While we do not know their name, we know that our Heavenly Father knows them intimately, for He formed them in their mother’s womb and counts every hair on their head. It is written in **Psalm 139:13-14 (WEB)**, *"For you formed my inwards. You covered me in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Your works are wonderful. My soul knows that very well."* We trust that God hears this cry for healing, for He is the Great Physician who binds up the brokenhearted and heals all their wounds.
Yet, as we pray, we must also address something of great importance: this prayer was not lifted in the name of Jesus Christ. The Scriptures are clear that there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved, and it is through Jesus alone that we approach the throne of grace. **John 14:6 (WEB)** declares, *"Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'"* Additionally, **Acts 4:12 (WEB)** affirms, *"There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* If the one making this request does not yet know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we urge them to repent of their sins and place their faith in Him, for without faith in Christ, there is no true access to the Father or His healing power.
We also encourage whoever has made this request to seek the Lord not only for physical healing but for spiritual wholeness. Sometimes, illness is a call to draw nearer to God, to examine our hearts, and to surrender every area of our lives to Him. **James 5:14-16 (WEB)** instructs us, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective."* Let this be a reminder to seek both the healing touch of God and the cleansing of any sin that may hinder His work.
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this person who is in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You are the God who sees the unseen, who knows the unknown, and who hears the unspoken cries of Your children. We ask that You stretch forth Your hand and bring restoration to every part of their body, mind, and spirit. Where there is pain, bring comfort; where there is weakness, bring strength; where there is disease, bring healing. Let Your power flow through them like a mighty river, renewing and reviving them in ways that only You can do.
We also pray, Lord, that if there is any area of their life that is not surrendered to You—any sin, any unbelief, any resistance to Your will—that You would convict their heart and draw them into a deeper relationship with You. May they seek You first, above all else, and find in You not only healing but eternal life. If they do not yet know Jesus as their Savior, we ask that You open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, that they may repent and receive the gift of salvation through faith in Christ alone.
Father, we declare Your promises over them, that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (**Isaiah 53:5**). We stand in agreement with Your Word, trusting that You are faithful to complete the work You have begun in them. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and surround them with believers who will pray with them, encourage them, and point them to You in all things.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will, knowing that You work all things together for the good of those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (**Romans 8:28**). May this situation bring glory to Your name and draw many to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus we pray, **Amen.**
To the one who made this request: We urge you to seek the Lord with all your heart. If you have not yet surrendered your life to Jesus Christ, we implore you to do so today. Confess your sins, turn away from them, and place your faith in Him as your Lord and Savior. It is only through Christ that we have access to the Father and the promise of eternal life. If you are already a believer, we encourage you to examine your heart and ensure that you are walking in obedience to His Word. Seek the support of a biblical church, where elders can pray over you and stand with you in faith. Do not lose heart, for our God is faithful, and He hears the prayers of His children. May His peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (**Philippians 4:7**).
