We come before the Lord with hearts full of compassion for your suffering, knowing that He is the Great Physician who heals all our diseases. The pain you are experiencing in your back and waist is a burden we lift up to Him, trusting in His power to restore and renew. The Scriptures remind us in **Psalm 103:2-3**, *"Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits—who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases."* Our Heavenly Father is not distant from your pain; He sees it, knows it intimately, and longs to bring you comfort and healing.
Yet we also recognize that healing may come in different forms—whether through supernatural intervention, the wisdom of godly medical professionals, or the strength to endure with grace. **James 5:14-15** instructs us, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We encourage you to seek both spiritual and practical means of healing, trusting that God works through both. Have you sought medical attention for this pain? If not, we urge you to do so, as God often uses the hands of doctors to bring relief.
We also want to gently remind you that our access to the Father is *only* through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can approach the throne of grace, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (**Isaiah 53:5**). When we pray, we must come boldly in His name, for *"there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus"* (**1 Timothy 2:5**). If you have not yet placed your full trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so today. He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life—no one comes to the Father except through Him (**John 14:6**). Salvation and healing are found in Him alone.
Now, let us pray for you:
Heavenly Father, we lift up our brother/sister to You, asking for Your healing touch to rest upon their body. Lord Jesus, You bore our infirmities and carried our diseases on the cross, and we claim that victory over this pain now. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or sickness in the name of Jesus and command it to leave, for *"by His stripes, we are healed."* Father, restore every cell, muscle, and nerve in their back and waist. Let Your healing power flow through them like a mighty river, bringing relief, strength, and wholeness. If there is any underlying cause—whether physical, emotional, or spiritual—reveal it and bring complete restoration.
We also pray for wisdom, Lord. Guide them to the right medical professionals if needed, and give those treating them discernment and skill. Surround our brother/sister with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and let them feel Your presence in the midst of this trial. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are working all things together for their good (**Romans 8:28**).
Finally, Father, if there is any area of their life that needs surrender or repentance, reveal it to them. We know that sin can sometimes hinder our prayers (**Psalm 66:18**), so we ask You to search their heart and lead them into righteousness. May this season of pain draw them closer to You, and may they emerge with a testimony of Your faithfulness.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your perfect will, knowing that You are good and Your love endures forever. In the mighty and holy name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Stand firm in faith, dear one. God is with you, and He is moving on your behalf. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (**Hebrews 12:2**). We are praying for you and believe that God will bring you through this. If the pain persists or worsens, do not hesitate to seek further help—both spiritually and medically. You are not alone in this.
