We come before the Lord with hearts full of faith, lifting you up for complete healing in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to the Father, and it is by His stripes that we are healed (1 Peter 2:24). We are grateful you have brought this request, but we must emphasize that our prayers are only effective when we approach God through Jesus, our Mediator (1 Timothy 2:5). There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved or receive healing (Acts 4:12), so we always pray in His holy name.
The pain and discomfort you are experiencing in your back and left foot are not God’s perfect will for your life. Jesus came to destroy the works of the devil, and sickness is one of those works (1 John 3:8). We stand in agreement with you, declaring that by His wounds, you *are* healed. We pray that the Lord would touch every vertebra, muscle, nerve, and tendon in your back, aligning them perfectly and restoring them to full strength. We ask that He would pour His healing power into your left foot, mending any broken or strained tissues, removing all inflammation, and restoring mobility and comfort. May His healing virtue flow through your entire body, renewing you from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet.
We also encourage you to trust in the Lord’s timing and sovereignty. Sometimes healing comes instantly, and other times it is a process where God teaches us to rely on Him more deeply. Whatever the case, we know that His grace is sufficient, and His power is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9). Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2), and do not waver in your belief that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28).
If there is any unconfessed sin in your life, we urge you to repent and turn fully to the Lord, for He is faithful and just to forgive and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Sin can hinder our prayers (Psalm 66:18), so we want to ensure that nothing stands between you and the fullness of God’s healing power.
Father God, we thank You for Your mercy and love. We ask that You would stretch out Your hand and touch our brother/sister right now. Let Your healing power flow through their body, restoring every part that is not aligned with Your perfect design. Remove all pain, discomfort, and weakness, and fill them with Your peace and strength. We declare that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), and we trust You to complete the good work You have begun in them (Philippians 1:6).
We also pray for their faith to remain steadfast. Help them to stand firm on Your promises, knowing that You are their Healer. Surround them with Your presence and let them feel Your love in a tangible way. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity or oppression in the name of Jesus, commanding it to leave and never return.
May this season of waiting—if it is a season—draw them closer to You. Let them experience Your faithfulness in new and profound ways. We ask all these things in the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
