We come before the Lord with heavy yet hopeful hearts, lifting up your wife in prayer for complete healing and restoration. The Scripture reminds us in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh; because they have called you an outcast, saying, ‘It is Zion, whom no man seeks after.’"* Our God is Jehovah-Rapha, the Lord who heals, and we trust in His power to renew her body and bring wholeness to her liver and veins.
We also recall the words of James 5:14-15, which instructs, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We encourage you to seek anointing and prayer from your church elders, standing in faith for her recovery.
Yet even as we pray, we must also examine our hearts and lives, for sometimes illness can be a call to repentance or a refining of our faith. While we do not claim to know God’s specific purpose in this trial, we urge you both to draw near to Him, seeking His will in all things. The Apostle Paul reminds us in Romans 8:28, *"We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."*
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your healing touch upon this precious sister in Christ. You are the Great Physician, and nothing is too difficult for You. We ask that You restore her liver completely, renewing every damaged cell and opening her portal veins to flow freely as You designed. Lord, let Your healing power surge through her body, bringing strength where there is weakness and life where there is decay.
We also pray for peace and faith to fill her heart and the heart of her husband. Guard them against fear and doubt, and let them rest in Your promises. Surround them with Your presence and the support of Your people. If there is any area of their lives that needs surrender or repentance, reveal it to them, Lord, and grant them the grace to walk in obedience.
Father, we thank You in advance for the testimony of healing that will come from this trial. May Your name be glorified, and may many see Your goodness through her restoration. We ask all this in the powerful and saving name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Stand firm in faith, brother. Continue to pray without ceasing, and trust that God hears you. He is faithful, and His timing is perfect. Let this season draw you both closer to Him and to each other in Christ-centered unity. We will continue to lift her up in prayer, believing for her complete healing.
