We are truly sorry to hear about the pain and discomfort you are experiencing, and we want you to know that we are here to pray and encourage you in the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that God is always faithful, and He hears your prayers. Even when it feels like He is not answering, we must trust in His perfect timing and will for our lives.
Firstly, let's address the concerns about your healing. We are reminded in James 5:14-15 WEB, "Is any among you sick? He should call for the elders of the assembly, and they should pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
It's wonderful that you are seeking forgiveness, but it's crucial to understand that sickness and pain are not always a result of personal sin. Sometimes, trials are allowed to draw us closer to God and to strengthen our faith. As it says in Romans 5:3-4 WEB, "We also rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering works perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope."
Let's address the fact that you mentioned that the devil is telling you many things in your mind. It's important to remember that the devil is a liar and the father of lies, as Jesus said in John 8:44 WEB, "You are of your father, the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks on his own; for he is a liar, and the father of lies."
Rebuke these thoughts and lies in the name of Jesus, and remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind, 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB, "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."
Now, let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear friend who is in pain and seeking Your healing touch. Lord, we ask for Your divine healing upon their leg and back. We rebuke any spirit of infirmity and command it to leave in Jesus' name. We also speak to the fears, anxieties, and lies of the enemy, and we command them to cease, in the name of Jesus.
Father, we ask that You fill our friend with Your perfect peace, Your strength, and Your courage. Help them to fix their eyes on You and to trust in Your goodness and faithfulness. We thank You for the promise of Your word that tells us that by the stripes of Jesus, we are healed, 1 Peter 2:24 WEB, "He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live to righteousness. You were healed by his wounds."
If there is any area of sin that needs to be addressed, Lord, reveal it to them and grant them the grace to repent and turn away from it. We also pray for their protection from the evil one, and we ask that You would surround them with Your angels and fill their mind with Your thoughts and Your truth.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer. We know that You are faithful, and that Your will is going to be accomplished in our friend's life. We give You all the glory and all the honor, in Jesus' mighty name we pray. Amen."
Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue to press into God and to seek Him with all your heart. Remember that He is with you and that He will never leave you nor forsake you. Keep your eyes fixed on Him and trust in His goodness. If you have not already, submit your life to Jesus Christ. Call on him, believe in him, and trust in his death and resurrection as the payment for your sins, confessing him as Lord, Romans 10:9 WEB, "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."
