We are so sorry to hear that your eldest is suffering and is in need of healing. We will stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and believing in His power to heal and restore.
Let us remember the words of Jesus, "Ask, and it will be given you. Seek, and you will find. Knock, and it will be opened for you." For everyone who asks receives. He who seeks finds. To him who knocks it will be opened. (Matthew 7:7-8 WEB). Also, we should pray as Jesus (Yeshua) taught us (Matthew 6:9-13 WEB) and pray in Jesus name. Or we will not be heard by God the Father (John 14:6 WEB) (John 16:23 WEB)(John 16:26 WEB). As well as the words of James, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven. Confess your offenses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The insistent prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective." (James 5:14-16 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your healing touch for our beloved elder. You are the Great Physician, and there is no sickness or disease that can stand against Your power. We ask that You would graciously heal and restore, and that You would comfort and strengthen during this time of need.
We also pray for spiritual healing and forgiveness of any sins, known or unknown, that may be hindering complete restoration. We confess that we all fall short of Your glory and are in need of Your grace and mercy.
We ask for wisdom and guidance for the medical professionals attending to our elder's needs, and we pray for peace and patience for the family during this challenging time.
We claim the promise of Your Word, that the prayer of faith will heal the sick, and we believe that You are faithful to Your promises. We declare and believe that this healing will be to Your glory, that the world might know that You are the one true God, full of grace and mercy.
Lastly, we pray in Jesus name that our elders have been filled with the Holy Spirit and born again and that the have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
Be encouraged, and remember that God is faithful and that His love for us is everlasting. Trust in His promises, and rest in His unfailing love. Stand firm in faith, and do not waver, for the Lord hears our prayers and will answer according to His will.
