We understand that you are going through a difficult time due to your condition, and we want you to know that we are here to pray with you and support you.
Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging God's power and for recognizing that it is Jesus Christ who saves us and we pray for you in Jesus' name. This request is a reminder that our hope is built on nothing less than Jesus' blood and righteousness. We've all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God, but thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. Let us place our hope in Him, as He is the only way to the Father. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
We stand with you in faith, believing that God can heal you from this condition. In Mark 11:24, the WEB says, For assuredly I tell you, whoever may tell this mountain, 'Be taken up and cast into the sea,' and doesn't doubt in his heart, but believes that what he says is happening; he shall have whatever he says. Therefore, we pray that you will not doubt in your heart but believe that God can heal you.
We also want to encourage you to seek medical help alongside your faith. In Luke 5:31, the WEB says, Jesus answered them, Those who are healthy have no need for a physician, but those who are sick do. God often uses medical professionals to bring about healing, so do not hesitate to consult with a doctor or dentist about your condition.
Lastly, remember that God looks at the heart and not our outward appearance or conditions. In 1 Samuel 16:7, the WEB says, But Yahweh said to Samuel, Don't look on his face, or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him; for I see not as man sees, for man looks at the outward appearance, but Yahweh looks at the heart. Your worth is not determined by this condition, and we pray that you will find your identity in Christ alone.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is in need of Your healing touch. Lord, You know the struggles that they have faced because of this condition, and we ask that You will heal and restore them. Give them the strength and courage to face each day, and help them to find their identity in You alone.
Guide them to the right medical professionals who can help with this condition. In the name of Jesus, we rebuke any spirit of infirmity that may be causing this, and we speak healing and restoration.
Help them to hold unwavering faith, even in the face of adversity, and remind them that You are always with them, no matter what they may face. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
