We are truly sorry to hear about your parents' health struggles. We stand with you in prayer and believe in the power of prayer to bring healing and comfort. Let's bring your requests before the Lord, as instructed in James 5:14-15, "Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the assembly, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord, and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up. If he has committed sins, he will be forgiven."
Firstly, we pray for your mother's health. It is written in 3 John 1:2, "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers." We ask God to touch her body, to heal her from diabetes and the fungal infection in her lungs. We pray for her doctors to have wisdom and guidance as they treat her. We rebuke the spirit of infirmity and command it to leave her body in the name of Jesus.
We also lift up your father before the Lord, asking for His healing touch upon his eyesight. We believe in the promise of Psalm 146:8, "Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind." We pray for his overall health, asking God to strengthen him and protect him from all illnesses. We declare that your father will see even better than before, for the glory of God.
We encourage you to continue praying and believing in God's healing power. Remember the words of Jesus in Mark 11:24, "Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them."
Lastly, we want you to know, that it is only by the authority of the name of Jesus that we are able to ask and approach God. Acts 4:12 states that "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
Further, we encourage you to be mindful of their lifestyles and nutrition. It is written in 1 Corinthians 10:31, "Whether therefore you eat, or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
