We understand that you are going through a very difficult time, and we are here to help you pray and seek God's will for your life. First, we want to acknowledge your courage in recognizing your struggles and reaching out for help.
Let's address the issues you've mentioned. Firstly, the Bible tells us to "Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7 WEB. God cares about your anxieties, debts, and health struggles, and He wants you to cast all your cares upon Him, because He cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.
However, we need to address the sinful behaviors you've engaged in. Watching pornography and having perverse conversations are clearly against God's will. "But sexual immorality, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not even be mentioned among you, as becomes saints; nor filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not appropriate; but rather giving of thanks." Ephesians 5:3-4 WEB. This behavior must stop, and you must repent of it. Repentance means turning away from sin and pursuing righteousness.
Your feelings of shame, emptiness, and loneliness are a result of sin and separation from God. But there is good news. God wants to forgive you and restore your relationship with Him. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9 WEB.
You mentioned that you want to surrender your life to God. That's the best decision you can make. "If you will turn to God with all your heart, then put away the foreign gods and the Ashtaroth from among you, and direct your hearts to Yahweh, and serve him only; and he will deliver you out of the hand of the Philistines." 1 Samuel 7:3 WEB.
Remember, it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" John 14:6 WEB. If you believe in Jesus Christ, you will be saved. "That if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." Romans 10:9 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up this person who is struggling with debt, anxiety, and sin. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness for the sins committed and for Your healing touch on their body, mind, and spirit. Help them to turn away from their sinful behaviors and to live a life that honors You.
Give them the strength to overcome their anxieties and the wisdom to manage their debts. Surround them with godly friends and mentors who can support and encourage them in their walk with You.
Most importantly, Lord, we pray that they would come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. Open their heart to Your love and grace, and help them to understand the depth of Your forgiveness.
