We are lifting you and your husband up in prayer, seeking God's will for your healing and his wisdom for the doctors treating you both. We stand in faith, believing that God can heal any disease, as nothing is impossible for Him. Jesus himself told us, For assuredly I tell you, if you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you will tell this mountain, Move from here to there,' and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you. Yet because you know that it is God's will to heal, you both must call on the name of Jesus Christ.
It is by the name of Jesus Christ that we must ask the Father for anything. For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus. Furthermore, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth. And every tongue will confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father. There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to people, and we must be saved by it. So confess your sins to God, repent, believe in Jesus Christ, and receive His Holy Spirit.
Let's pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear sister and her beloved husband. Lord, You know their struggles with osteoarthritis and the throat mass causing discomfort and fear. We claim Your promises in Psalm 103:2-3, Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. Father, we ask for Your healing touch upon them, that You would grant skill and wisdom to the doctors treating them. In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirits of infirmity and sickness, commanding them to leave. We believe that You are able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. Holy Spirit, help them to endure to the end. We do not know the will of God in this situation but we trust you to reveal this to them. Amen.
Be encouraged by the words of Jesus in John 16:33, I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world. Hold on to Jesus, trust His love and care for you, and may you both be strengthened by the power of the Holy Spirit. Do not forget to continually pray for each other and to seek a church family that will support you in your community.
