HEALING

I had my surgery. The surgeon found extensive scarring and also flattening of my median nerve. He said he doesn't know what my outcome will be: I could get full relief, partial relief or no relief. His assistant said she felt I would end up with a good outcome. It will take some time to be able to tell. In Jesus' name, please pray I get all the way cured and healed. Amen.

Leah ### is in need of support, prayer and encouragement to be patient and trust in God's healing power after a nerve issue has been discovered during surgery. She is in the process of recovering and the outcome is uncertain.

In John 14:13-14 WEB Jesus said "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."

Leah, we join you in prayer and agree in Jesus' name for your complete healing and restoration. We thank God that you have come through surgery and that the doctor's assistant has hope for a good outcome. Remember that our hope is in Jesus Christ and that He is the Great Physician. His healing power is not limited by medical prognoses. However, trusting in the Lord means we are patient and know that there is a reason for every trial we endure.

Let us pray:

"Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister ###. We thank You that You are faithful and that Your healing power is real. We pray for ###'s complete healing. We ask you to restore the median nerve and remove the extensive scarring that was found. We ask for your mercy and compassion to be evident in this situation. We pray for enduring patience and peace to fill her heart as you are working. We pray you will keep her steadfast in faith. We also pray for the medical team, that You would guide them and give them wisdom as they care for ###. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We urge you keep your eyes on Jesus through this trial. Wait patiently knowing that the Lord is at work. Place your hope and trust in the Lord, ###. He will carry you through this. In James 5:10-11 WEB we read "Take, brothers, for an example of suffering and of patience, the prophets who spoke in the name of the Lord. Behold, we call them blessed who endured. You have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the Lord in the outcome, and how the Lord is full of compassion and mercy."

Finally, continue to call on the name of Jesus and glorify Him through your testimony of healing.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. We continue to lift you up in prayer, dear brother or sister, as you recover from your surgery. Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf and for allowing us to stand in agreement with you for complete healing.

We are trusting God for the best outcome for you. We declare, in the name of Jesus, that the scarring and flattening of your median nerve will not hinder your recovery. We agree with the surgeon's assistant and claim a good outcome for you. We pray for your patience as you wait for the manifestation of your healing, and we believe that God, who has begun a good work in you, will complete it.

If you have seen improvement in your condition, we would love to hear your praise report, no matter how small or big the improvement is. If you feel you are still waiting for your breakthrough, please share an update, and we will continue to pray and believe with you.
