I know this might surprise you but simply eating a banana a day or every few days made a real impact on my blood pressure. I know it is hard to believe but I did it and it dropped mine a great deal.  Seems I needed more potassium. I pray this change might help you too.  :wave:

Please perform miracles in their bodies, in their minds, and in their spirits based solely upon the sacrifice that Christ made on the cross and the precious blood that He shed for all our sake in Jesus Holy Name we pray.
