We join with you in lifting up your son before the throne of grace, crying out for his complete healing—body, mind, and spirit. The trials he faces are heavy, but we know our God is greater than any affliction, any confusion, or any darkness that seeks to overwhelm him. The Word declares in **Psalm 34:18**, *"Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."* Your son is not forgotten; the Lord sees his suffering and is near to him even now.
The enemy seeks to distort reality through these hallucinations and delusions, but we stand on the truth of **2 Corinthians 10:5**, which commands us to *"bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ."* We pray that every lying voice, every tormenting sound, and every false belief would be silenced by the authority of Jesus’ name. May the Holy Spirit flood his mind with **Philippians 4:7**, the *"peace of God, which surpasses all understanding"*—a peace that guards his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. We ask for divine clarity, for the fog of confusion to lift, and for the Lord to restore his mind to soundness, just as He has promised in **Isaiah 26:3**: *"You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you; because he trusts in you."*
We also pray for wisdom and discernment over the medical treatment he receives. **James 1:5** assures us that if any lack wisdom, we can ask of God, who gives liberally. Lord, guide the hands and minds of every doctor, therapist, and caregiver involved in his healing. Remove any harmful influences from his treatment and replace them with godly, skilled professionals who will act with integrity and compassion. If there are medications or therapies that are causing more harm than good, reveal this clearly and provide alternatives that bring true restoration.
Most importantly, we pray that your son would encounter the living Christ in a way that leaves no room for doubt. May he hear the Shepherd’s voice above all others, as **John 10:27** says, *"My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me."* Let him experience the reality of **Psalm 23:4**, even in this valley: *"Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me. Your rod and your staff, they comfort me."* Break every chain of fear, despair, or hopelessness, and replace them with the unshakable hope found in Jesus alone.
Father, we thank You that You are the God who heals. **Exodus 15:26** proclaims, *"I am Yahweh who heals you."* We claim this promise over your son’s life and declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (**Isaiah 54:17**). Restore him completely, Lord—physically, so his body may function as You designed; mentally, so his thoughts may align with Your truth; and spiritually, so his heart may be fully surrendered to You.
We also lift you up, dear parent, as you walk this difficult path. Your love and intercession for your son are a reflection of the Father’s heart. Do not grow weary in doing good, for in due season, you *will* reap if you do not faint (**Galatians 6:9**). Lean on the Lord for strength, and trust that He is working all things together for good, even when the way seems dark (**Romans 8:28**).
Now, let us pray together:
*"Heavenly Father, we come before You with broken yet hopeful hearts, lifting up this precious son whom You love even more than we do. You knit him together in his mother’s womb (**Psalm 139:13**), and You have a perfect plan for his life (**Jeremiah 29:11**). We ask for a supernatural touch upon his mind—command the hallucinations to cease, the delusions to vanish, and the torment to flee in the name of Jesus. Restore his thoughts to clarity and his heart to peace. Lord, if there are any spiritual strongholds or influences at work, we bind them now and cast them out by the authority of Christ. Fill him instead with Your Holy Spirit, who is the Spirit of truth, power, love, and a sound mind (**2 Timothy 1:7**).
We pray for divine connections—godly doctors, wise counselors, and believers who will stand with him in faith. Lead him to the right treatment, the right support, and the right community that will point him to You. Father, let this trial be a testimony of Your healing power, that many may see and glorify Your name.
Comfort this family, Lord. Strengthen them with Your joy, which is their strength (**Nehemiah 8:10**). Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble (**Psalm 46:1**). We thank You in advance for the breakthrough that is coming, for we know that nothing is impossible with You (**Luke 1:37**).
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Healer and Redeemer, we pray. Amen."*
Stand firm in faith, believing that the Lord has heard your cry. Keep speaking life, truth, and Scripture over your son. Play worship music in his presence, read the Word aloud over him, and remind him of who he is in Christ—a beloved child of God, fearfully and wonderfully made. The battle is the Lord’s, and He *will* bring victory. We are standing with you in agreement, trusting that our God, who raised Christ from the dead, is more than able to bring healing and restoration to your son. Do not lose heart. **The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous person avails much (James 5:16).** Keep praying, keep believing, and watch for the Lord’s hand to move.
