We lift up this precious son to You, Father, with hearts full of compassion and faith. We stand in agreement with this prayer, declaring Your healing power over every part of his being—body, mind, and spirit. The Word tells us in James 5:14-15, *"Is any among you sick? Let him call for the elders of the church, and let them pray over him, anointing him with oil in the name of the Lord; and the prayer of faith will heal him who is sick, and the Lord will raise him up."* We claim this promise over him now, trusting that You are at work even as we pray.
Lord, we rebuke the spirit of psychosis in the mighty name of Jesus. Your Word declares in 2 Timothy 1:7, *"For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."* We command every lying spirit, every tormenting thought, and every attack against his mind to flee in Jesus’ name. We pray for peaceful sleep to overtake him, for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard his heart and mind (Philippians 4:7). Let him rest in the assurance that You are his refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1).
Father, we ask for Your hedge of protection around him, shielding him from all harm and evil. Surround him with Your angels, as it is written in Psalm 91:11-12, *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone."* Let Your love and peace comfort him, reminding him that he is never alone, for You are with him always (Matthew 28:20).
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for those caring for him—doctors, counselors, and family. Guide their hands and hearts, Lord, that they may be instruments of Your healing and grace. May this trial draw him closer to You, deepening his faith and trust in Your goodness.
We declare that no weapon formed against him will prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that he will rise up in the fullness of Your purpose for his life. Strengthen his spirit, renew his mind, and restore his body, for Your glory. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
