We join with you in lifting up your son before the Lord, crying out for his complete healing—body, mind, and spirit. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we stand firm on the promise that Christ came to give life abundantly (John 10:10). The spirit of psychosis is not from God, for He has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We declare that every chain of confusion, torment, and mental oppression must be broken in Jesus’ name, for He is the Prince of Peace (Isaiah 9:6), and His peace will guard your son’s heart and mind (Philippians 4:7).
We also plead the blood of Jesus over his sleep, that the Lord would grant him rest free from nightmares or disturbances, for it is written, *"In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety"* (Psalm 4:8). May the Lord surround him with His angels, as it is promised that *"He will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways"* (Psalm 91:11).
Father, we ask that You would expose and sever any ungodly influences, generational curses, or doors that may have been opened to this affliction. If there has been any involvement in sin—whether through ungodly media, substances, occult practices, or rebellion—we pray for conviction and repentance, that your son would turn wholly to You. *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9). Let this season of trial drive him deeper into Your arms, where true healing is found.
We also encourage you, dear parent, to stand firm in faith, refusing to accept the enemy’s lies. Continue to speak life and Scripture over your son, for *"the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up"* (James 5:15). Do not grow weary in intercession, for your labor in prayer is not in vain (Galatians 6:9).
**Heavenly Father, we come boldly before Your throne, not in our own strength, but in the mighty name of Jesus Christ—our Healer, Deliverer, and Redeemer. We thank You that by His stripes, your son is healed (Isaiah 53:5). We command every spirit of psychosis, confusion, and torment to flee now, for greater is He who is in your son than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, renew his mind, and restore him to wholeness. Let this trial be a testimony of Your power and grace. We trust in You, Lord, and we give You all the glory. In Jesus’ precious and mighty name, Amen.**
Stand firm, beloved. The Lord hears your cries, and He is faithful to complete the work He has begun (Philippians 1:6). Keep bathing this situation in prayer, worship, and the Word. If your son is open, we also encourage you to seek godly, biblical counseling and medical support, for the Lord often uses such means to bring healing. You are not alone in this—we are standing with you.
