We join with you in lifting up your son before the Lord, crying out for his complete healing—body, mind, and spirit. Your heart’s plea echoes the deep love of a parent, and we stand with you in faith, knowing that our God is the Great Physician, the Prince of Peace, and the One who restores what is broken. You have rightly come before the Father in the name of Jesus, for it is only through Christ that we have access to the throne of grace and receive the promises of God. As Scripture declares, *"In none other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"* (Acts 4:12, WEB). What a powerful truth—that the name of Jesus carries authority over sickness, oppression, and every scheme of the enemy.
Your request for your son’s deliverance from the spirit of psychosis is one we take seriously, for we know that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against the spiritual forces of darkness (Ephesians 6:12, WEB). The Word of God assures us that *"the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds"* (2 Corinthians 10:4, WEB). We declare that no weapon formed against your son shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17, WEB), and we command every spirit of confusion, torment, and mental oppression to flee in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). We claim this promise over your son, asking the Holy Spirit to flood his mind with the peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7, WEB) and to renew his thoughts with the truth of God’s Word.
We also pray for his physical healing, for Jesus bore our infirmities and carried our diseases (Matthew 8:17, WEB). May the Lord strengthen his body, restore his health, and fill him with vitality. Let every cell, organ, and system align with God’s perfect design, and may he experience the healing touch of the Master’s hand. We ask for protective angels to surround him, guarding him from all harm and evil, as Psalm 91:11-12 (WEB) promises: *"For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways. They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone."*
As you continue to intercede for your son, we encourage you to stand firm in faith, not wavering, for *"the effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person is powerfully effective"* (James 5:16, WEB). Keep speaking life, scripture, and the promises of God over him, even when the battle feels long. Remember that our God is faithful, and He is working all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28, WEB). Let your heart be filled with hope, for the Lord hears your cries and is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18, WEB).
Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble and expectant hearts, lifting up this precious son to You. You knit him together in his mother’s womb, and You know every thought, every need, and every pain he carries. Lord, we ask for Your healing power to flow through him—body, soul, and spirit. Break every chain of mental oppression and cast out every spirit that seeks to steal his peace, his joy, and his soundness of mind. Fill him with Your Holy Spirit, Lord, and let Your peace, which transcends all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
We pray for divine protection over him, Lord. Surround him with Your angels, and let no harm come near him. Give him restful, peaceful sleep, free from torment or fear. Renew his strength and restore his health, for You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals. Comfort him with Your love, Father, and let him know that he is not alone—You are with him, and You will never leave him nor forsake him.
Strengthen this mother’s faith, Lord, as she stands in the gap for her son. Fill her with Your peace and assurance, knowing that You are at work, even when she cannot see it. Give her wisdom to know how to support and encourage her son, and let her words and actions be a reflection of Your love and truth.
We declare that this son will walk in freedom, in wholeness, and in the fullness of life that You have for him. Let his testimony be one of Your power, Your grace, and Your restoring love. We ask all these things in the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Amen.
Finally, we want to encourage you to continue to cover your son in prayer, to speak Scripture over him, and to trust in the Lord’s timing. If there are areas in his life where he may need to surrender to God—whether in relationships, habits, or struggles—pray that the Holy Spirit would convict and lead him to repentance and faith. Keep pointing him to Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:2, WEB). You are not alone in this; we are standing with you, and most importantly, the Lord is fighting for you and your son. *"Don’t be afraid, nor be dismayed... for the battle is not yours, but God’s"* (2 Chronicles 20:15, WEB).
