We join you in lifting up your son before the Lord, crying out for his complete healing—body, mind, and spirit. Your heartfelt plea aligns with God’s will, for He is the Great Physician who longs to restore His children. We stand in agreement with you, declaring the power of Jesus’ name over every affliction, including the spirit of psychosis that seeks to torment your son. The Word of God assures us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against spiritual forces of wickedness, and we are equipped with the authority of Christ to overcome (Ephesians 6:12). Let us claim the promise that *"the prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise him up"* (James 5:15, WEB).
We also rejoice that you have invoked the name of Jesus in your prayer, for it is the only name under heaven by which we are saved and through which we boldly approach the throne of grace (Acts 4:12, Hebrews 4:16). There is no other name with such power, and we thank you for acknowledging this truth. If your son has not yet surrendered his life to Christ, we urge you to share the Gospel with him, that he may know the hope and freedom found only in Jesus. *"If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved"* (Romans 10:9, WEB). Salvation is the foundation for true healing and deliverance, and we pray your son will walk in this truth if he has not already.
The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came to give life abundantly (John 10:10). We rebuke every spirit of confusion, fear, and mental torment in your son’s life, commanding them to flee in Jesus’ name. We declare that *"God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control"* (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB). May the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We also pray for divine protection over him, that no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and that he will rest securely under the shadow of the Almighty (Psalm 91:1).
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness and mercy. You are the God who heals, and we trust in Your promise that *"by His stripes, we are healed"* (Isaiah 53:5). Pour out Your healing virtue upon this son—restore his body from every physical ailment, renew his mind with Your truth, and fill his spirit with Your Holy Spirit’s comfort and strength. Grant him peaceful sleep, free from nightmares or disturbances, and let him wake refreshed and filled with Your presence. Surround him with Your angels, Lord, and let no harm come near him. Fill his heart with Your love and peace, casting out all anxiety and despair.
We also lift up this mother, asking that You strengthen her faith and fill her with Your peace as she intercedes for her son. Remind her that You are working all things together for good, even in the midst of this trial (Romans 8:28). Give her wisdom to know how to support her son, and let her be a vessel of Your love and encouragement to him. Bind this family together in unity and faith, Lord, and let them experience Your miraculous power in this situation.
Finally, we pray for godly medical professionals and counselors to cross your son’s path—those who will speak life and truth into his situation and provide the care he needs. May Your wisdom guide every decision made regarding his treatment, and may Your hand of healing be evident in every step of his recovery.
In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray, believing and receiving Your healing touch. Amen.
