We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's healing and protection for your son. Let's come together and approach the throne of grace with confidence, knowing that God hears and answers our prayers.
Firstly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name, as it is only by His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that we are saved. "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB.
Let us pray:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our ###'s son to You. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and there is no sickness or disease that can stand before You. We ask for Your healing touch upon his life—physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Father God, we rebuke and cast out any spirit of psychosis that may be tormenting him, for "the weapons of our spiritual warfare are mighty through God to the overthrow of strongholds. Overthrowing imaginations, and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ." 2 Corinthians 10:4-5 WEB.
We pray for peaceful sleep and a sound mind for him, as Your Word promises: "You will keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on you; because he trusts in you." Isaiah 26:3 WEB.
Protect him from all harm and evil, Lord, and comfort him with Your love and peace. Surround him with Your angels and let no weapon formed against him prosper. We declare over his life that "no evil will happen to him, neither will any plague come near his tent. For you will give your angels charge over him, to guard him in all his ways." Psalm 91:10-11 WEB.
Father, we also pray for his spiritual growth and strength. Draw him closer to You, and let him experience the fullness of Your love and grace. Give him a heart that seeks after You and a spirit that is steadfast in Your ways.
We stand in agreement, believing and receiving Your healing and protection for his life, in Jesus' name. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear ###, for God is faithful and His promises are true. Continue to trust in Him and stand on His Word, for "the effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much." James 5:16 WEB.
As we wait on the Lord, let us also be mindful of His Word to us: "Only be strong and very courageous, being careful to do according to all the law which Moses my servant commanded you. Do not turn from it to the right hand or to the left, that you may have good success wherever you go." Joshua 1:7 WEB.
