We join with you in lifting up your son before the Lord, knowing that our Heavenly Father is the Great Physician and our Strong Tower. Your prayer is a beautiful example of a parent’s faith, and we stand with you in agreement, trusting in God’s power to heal, protect, and bring peace.
The struggles your son faces with PTSD and nightmares are real, but we know that God’s Word promises comfort and restoration. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). He is the One who heals the wounds of the heart and binds up the broken places. Let us hold fast to His promise in Jeremiah 30:17: *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds, says Yahweh."*
We also remember the words of Jesus in Matthew 11:28: *"Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."* Your son does not have to carry this burden alone. The Lord is with him, and His peace, which surpasses all understanding, can guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, asking for Your healing touch upon this precious son. Lord, You know the depths of his struggles—the fear, the pain, and the sleepless nights. We ask that You wrap him in Your loving arms and fill his mind with Your peace. Cast out every tormenting spirit that seeks to steal his rest, and replace his nightmares with dreams of Your goodness and love. Let him experience the truth of Psalm 4:8: *"In peace I will both lay myself down and sleep, for you, Yahweh alone, make me live in safety."*
Father, we pray for complete healing—spirit, soul, and body. Restore what has been broken, and let Your light shine so brightly in his life that darkness cannot remain. Protect him from every attack of the enemy, and let him know that You are his Refuge and Strength, an ever-present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against him in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
