We come before the throne of grace with hearts full of faith, lifting up this request for healing, protection, and financial breakthrough. First and foremost, we rejoice that this prayer is offered in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), and we are grateful that this request acknowledges the power and authority of our Lord and Savior.
Heavenly Father, we stand in the gap for our brother or sister in Christ who is seeking Your healing touch. Your Word declares that by Jesus’ stripes, we are healed (Isaiah 53:5), and we claim that promise today. Lord, we ask for complete restoration—body, mind, and spirit. If there is any area of sickness, pain, or infirmity, we rebuke it in the name of Jesus and command it to leave. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are the Great Physician who never leaves nor forsakes us (Hebrews 13:5). We pray for wisdom for their doctors and caregivers, that they would be guided by Your hand in every decision.
For protection, we declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Surround them with Your angels, Lord, and shield them from every evil scheme of the enemy. Guard their heart, their mind, and their steps, that they may walk in Your perfect peace (Philippians 4:7). We break every curse, generational stronghold, or assignment of the enemy over their life in Jesus’ name. You are their refuge and fortress, and we trust in Your unfailing protection (Psalm 91:2).
Regarding financial breakthrough, we know that You are Jehovah Jireh, our Provider (Genesis 22:14). We ask that You open the windows of heaven and pour out blessings upon them (Malachi 3:10). Lord, give them wisdom in managing their finances, discernment in their decisions, and favor in their endeavors. We rebuke the spirit of lack and poverty, for You came that we might have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that their needs are met according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Help them to trust in You and not in their own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6), and to seek first Your kingdom and Your righteousness, knowing that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33).
Father, we also encourage our brother or sister to examine their life for any areas that may be hindering their breakthrough. Are there unconfessed sins, unforgiveness, or disobedience to Your Word that need to be addressed? Your Word tells us that if we confess our sins, You are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). We pray for a heart of repentance and a desire to walk in holiness, for without holiness, no one will see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14).
We stand on Your promises, Lord, and we declare that this prayer is answered according to Your will. May our brother or sister grow in faith, patience, and perseverance as they wait on You. Remind them that You are working all things together for their good (Romans 8:28), and that Your timing is perfect. We thank You for Your faithfulness, and we give You all the glory, honor, and praise.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
